[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Misguidance regarding policies using self made false procedures like 'Port' by fraud agent Aditya Raghav to loot money

An agent from Max Life Insurance named Aditya Raghav sold 3 policies to me after replacing one of my policy which was unit linked plan. This agent introduced himself as relationship manager but actually he was an agent which was confirmed by customer care. After replacing my policy, he said there was one premium left to pay as informed by cashier to him which was actually not due as my policy was replaced before premium due date. Also, premium due date falls in next financial year. Then this agent asked me to give him a cheque of amount same as the premium amount due for renewal to show their is cashier I had paid the premium, also, he made false commitments that I did not have to pay any premium as he will make sure that he will show in the system that I had paid the premium. He then said that he got unsuccessful in showing that I had paid the premium. But actually, there was no need to pay any premium as my policy was replaced before premium due date. As a result, there was no need to pay any premium for before replaced policy. This agent was fraud and the cashier he was talking about was also fraud. These fraudsters are operating are operating fraud racket by finding new customers, suggest false procedures for benefitting customers, made false commitments, collect cheque from customers for looting their hard earned money and finally disconnect from customers to trap new customers. This fraud agent sold 3 policies to me in order to recover replaced policy premium amount. This fraud agent sold me 1 policy of max life insurance, 1 policy of bharti axa, 1 policy of hdfc. He sold these policies in the name of procedure called 'Port'. He said using this procedure I shall get the benefit of 3 policies of different companies and I shall get higher returns. He also added my whole money will be recovered and I shall be profitable by 3X. Then this stupid agent type the request for his suggested 'Port' procedure to happen just for showing off. Actually, he didn't forward the request to any of the department. After that this fraud agent misguided me that the request for this procedure will be processed at the start of next financial year and I shall receive documents for the policies sold by him. This fraud agent came to me in Oct 2021 but now its Jun 2024, therefore, no documents received till now. He also misguided that after receiving the documents, my policies will get automatically paid up in the system, apply for surrender of each policy your money will be recovered. Nothing happened yet. After collecting cheque for these respective policies, he got disconnected from me. His tone got changed and started showing attitude. When I ask something regarding policies he talk in a very rude and harsh tone. He became very arrogant, also, disrespected me and treats me like I am his slave. This fraud agent started telling lie that his cousin was expired. Then after this, after a week he lied his cousin father was expired. He did this in order to disconnect from me as he had already collected cheque from me. Now this fraud agent is earning commission from my policies. He came to my house just to loot money and sell policies to me. In addition to this, this fraud agent quietly used my DOB and my dad damaged phone mobile no to sell policy to me without my consent. Near about 1 month I came to know that he had sold policy to me and when I asked to cancel the policy, he made an excuse that his wife fall sick. He is a disgusting and fraud agent. No action has been taken against this fraud agent even yet. This fraud agent is on company's payroll still company is not taking any action against him. This fraud agent Aditya Raghav is selling insurance of other insurance companies in the name of self made false procedure called 'Port' by misguiding customers in order to loot their money then run way and find new customers to loot their money. There is no procedure like 'Port' in real. When someone question him why he is selling insurance of other policies in combination with respective company insurance in 'Port' procedure, he gave wierd answers that after initializing request for this 'Port' procedure high cash value will be generated after giving some commission from customer policies to other insurance companies and when customer receive documents after processing of this 'Port' request, the main company ask other insurance companies to transfer the generated cash value from customer policies to them so as to update the customer about total generated cash value and transfer this generated cash value to their account on surrender of policy. This fraud agent is misguiding the customers by suggesting self made false procedures like 'Port' in order to loot their money. This fraud agent became very aggressive when anyone say no to this procedures. As a result, his actions became very violent that he behaves like a psychopath. This fraudster needs to be admitted in asylum. Electric shocks treatment should be given to this psycopath as his mind is not in a good mental position. He is completely hollow person. He should be terminated from the company by kicking him of the company.
