[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Refund of RS 2500/-

Dear Sir/Madam;

As I informed you that I had taken a medical policy no "[protected]" and I received the policy on 26th April' 08. Due to not satisfied the policy conditions I submitted my policy document for free-look on 3th May' 08 at Hazratganj, lucknow center.
They have received my policy but told that it's free look time is over on 30th April '08.
How this can be possible, because after receiving policy, there is a time of fifteen days for free-look from the date of receiving policy. You can verify it by courier delivery.

Please Read my prblem, and do the needful for free-look of my policy; so that I can get back my Amount soon.

Life insurance — 2500 rs.not deposited

Dear sir

i have doing policy in june-2008..
first premium is paid by chaque, , it was deposited, but second premium is not deposited..actully is paid in cash...at that time relience system is down...after that third policy is paid...it means by...cheque..it is deposited, , but it is depositedin means second premium...

please suggest solutoin...
for my second premium...these are deposited...

I am customer of Max and I am having two policies as listed below
1: Policy No[protected]
2: Policy No[protected]

I want to see status of my policies online but your website did not provide any service like that. Even If I wish to download my receipt of my policy, I did not get it.
The same service is provided by other insurance company in same sector. So please gave me status and also provide this facility of web.

Kindly acknowledge the details of investment as well as the accrued bonus as well as the total amount I will be getting in case of surrendering the policy

Dear Sir,

Please arrange to send the primium payment receipt for the Policy No #[protected] to above mentioned e-mail address, which I have paid by cheque 025161 of Rs 20000 on 10/06/2009.
