[Resolved]  Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — refund of premium

Dear Sir,
I Haresh Chainmal Nagdev hereby giving a complaint against Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. I had purchased a policy plan LPP on 24/12/11, having policy No.[protected] the sum of Rs. 20,309 /-. But due to low benefit and per annum income written very high by Mr.sanjay vaswani in the proposal form, so I had decided to cancel the policy. The policy document I had received on 7th January 2012. On 9th January I goes to the branch office and meet with agency development manager Mr. sanjay vaswani for cancellation of the policy but he force for non cancellation of the policy and also he kept my original policy document with him for taking boss Pankaj Sinha approval for cancellation of the policy. On 12th January I again goes to the office and the boss was not in the office full day .On 13th January I meet with boss pankaj sinha then he said your per annum income will be changing and for the low benefits of the policy plan first you meet with training manager Mr. Ganesh Iyer after that you will decide to cancel the policy .On 14th January I meet with ganesh iyer and after meeting I was said to the boss to please cancel my policy but he said you come on 16th January with ADM sanjay vaswani. On 16th January I goes to the office with sanjay vaswani then boss pankaj sinha received my original policy document from sanjay vaswani and cancellation request letter from me without return any receipt and also said you will come on 20th January then your policy will become cancel surely and the receipt will be given on that time. On 20th January the boss was in full day training meeting . At 7:00 Pm I was call on phone to the boss then he said you will come on 23rd January at 12:00 pm .On 23rd January at 12:00 pm the boss suddenly start PRP meeting when he seen me. I wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes after that I goes to the dombivali branch. In dombivali branch also the cancellation was not accepted . After that I return into the ulhasnagar(amu 34) branch at 4:00 pm then also the boss pankaj sinha not accepted the cancellation of the policy due to business leakage.
I already gives complaints to the customer care and agent care service centre on 11/01/12 reference no. 7959944 , on 12/01/12 reference no.7970779 , on 16/01/12 reference no.7995376 and also sended Fax and emails on 23/01/12 ,
On 31/01/12 the ADM sanjay vaswani came into the my office with beneficial letter and said I am very very sorry for above matter and your per annum income will be change in the policy documents within 45 days , now my naukri is in dangourus position due to this complaint you please sign on the beneficial letter of the policy and convence about the benefits of the policy paln LPP and again commit me for changing of per annum income in the policy documents as soon as possible then I had signed on the beneficial letter of the policy
After 42 days on 14/03/12 I had sended email to the company with scan copy of hand written request letter attached with email . And on 17/03/12 also gives complaint of the above to customer care centre having request no. 8517870 , then they had dispatched the policy document with no change of per annum income then I had gives this complaint to customer care centre on 21/04/12 reference no. 8777721, on 27/04/12 reference no.8814817 and email on 29/06/12 , then again they had dispatched the policy document with no change of per annum income. On 13/07/12 reference no.9270151 , I had finally said him to cancel the policy and refund the premium within 7 working days , it is mental herrassment to myself but till today I can’t received the refund of premium.
It is proved in the above matter that this life insurance company is a cheater and commitment failure company .
So I am hereby requested you to please help in the cancellation of the policy and refunding my premium as soon as possible.
