[Resolved]  MCD / Birth Certificate — birth certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have applied for a duplicate copy of birth certificate for Bharat Bhushan, Date of Birth 18.2.1974, place of birth : 2/362, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027 ; mother's name : Sudesh Kumari ; father's name : Krishan Lal.

The application for the birth certificate was made at MCD West Zone Office, Raja Garden, New Delhi on 28.4.2008. We were told to contact after three weeks. Since then we are being called every week but there is no response from the MCD.
