This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Shastri Nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at A- 243 Shastri Nagar, Delhi -110052, The owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area on the road. The nearby buildings addressed WZ - 146, WZ - 145 Nimri Gaon, Shastri Nagar and a small temple already had covered the area on the road. All this construction have been narrowing the...

My name is rajnish marwah and we are in very big trouble from last few days.One street monkey always stay at near our house and damage and stole the food, cloths and other house hold goods.

I our area evreybudy is very scare and dont go out side anytime.We cant send our kids out side for play.

We are trying to do the complaint for this on[protected].

2nd floor residents of SFS DDA flats Niti bagh have carried out unauthorised construction on the terraces, which is supposed to be common usage area for all the floor residents. The top floor residents have encroached upon the common terrace rights by preventing access to other residents on the terrace even for their over head water tanks. Hi Sir,
Please maintane the whole sewer of Dakshin puri Extn. 14 and 15 Block. All the road is over flowing with with water. so this is the problem before 6 months. The employee of MCD department is not able the resolve these propble for us. So please do something for us and our society. So please make the sewer again. The capacity of sewers are not able to handle the water flow so please re-make the sewer.,

MCD has been digging the main lane, right in front of the house lane for B block market, Phase 1, Ashok Vihar, for more than 2 months now. They dug front of 15 houses to start with before, to make drainage vent and made drastically slow progress there. They picked the next 8 houses 2 weeks back and now the whole lane looks to be full of pot holes and mud piles leaving it as a misery for all the residents.

This complaint is regarding the MCD authorised parking attendants at jhadewalan near videocon towers. I am am employee of AAJ TAK and my office is in VIDEOSON TOWERS. i park my car in the office parking mostly but sometimes when the parking is full there i have to park my car at the MCD parking and the attendant at the MCD parking area charges Rs. 20 for the parking, but the actual rates as written on the parking slip and mentioned on a board...

Dear Sir,
I stay in Najafgarh near CRPF camp. I want to bring to your notice that the condition of Roads in Najafgarh Zone mainly Jharoda Road from CRPF camp to Main Najafgarh, Thana Road, Gaushala Road are in pathetic conditions but MCD is not serious in repairing it. Now Rain has stopped and Delhi govt has said earlier that from 1st Sept 2008 all the roads in Delhi will free from Pathhole. But There is no where you will not find...

DRAINAGE OUT SIDE OUR BLOCK IS OVERFLOWING SINCE LONG . WE HAD MADE THE COMPLIANT TWICE TO YOUR DEPARTMENT(OUT SIDE MCD SCHOOL KIRTI NAGAR).BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF THIS . AS THERE'S A STRONG CHANCE OF DENGUE. KINDLY HELP TO SAVE US FROM THIS EPIDEMIC....

Hi,
This is too much. To make the optimum use of IT and e-goverance, MCD lauched a website www.mcdonline.gov.in and we can register complaints on this site.But now the complaint page (complaints.mcdonline.gov.in) is not being displayed and some errors comes. So, how can the people register their complaints online?
Ikindly request the concerned department to do the needful....

I have requested for the birth certificate of my daugther on 19th March 2008 through http://www.mcdonline.gov.in.
She was born on 24th Feb 2008 in Delhi Karol Bagh Zone.
The certificate issue charges has been taken directly through by bank account.
But I have not received birth certificate yet and "Complaint" link on the site also does not work.

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor.

I am writing to formally bring to your notice the alarming rise in monkey-related disturbances in our locality, Sangam Vihar, J Block. Over the past few weeks, the situation has worsened significantly, with monkeys attacking residents and causing severe injuries. Recently, a tragic incident occurred where a resident lost their life after falling from a building due to a monkey attack.

This problem has put the safety of our community at great risk, and immediate action is required to prevent further incidents. We kindly request the authorities to take necessary measures, such as deploying animal control teams or coordinating with wildlife departments, to relocate or manage the aggressive monkeys in our area.

We sincerely hope for a prompt response and effective resolution to ensure the safety of all residents.

The severe cleanliness issues in Mandawali Specially in sewa sadan block and its nearby area. The situation has worsened over the past few months, with overflowing garbage bins, littered streets, and an unpleasant odor permeating the area. This has not only created an unhygienic environment but also poses a significant health risk to the residents.
No one is concern about the unhygienic condition of this area it gets worse in rainy season its hard to go out.The accumulation of waste has attracted pests and stray animals, further exacerbating the problem.

He pland that he joins all houses and cover whole the street need your I’m Midia’ya attention regarding the same and arrange to clear whole street.
