Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice the plight and nuisance we are experiencing as a resident of the above colony. It seems peaceful neighborhood is turning out to be distant dream for us. We have a community center adjacent to our house and at times its is being used as a Barat Ghar.
The community Center is supposed to be used only by residents, but we find non-residents using the facility for marriages and other functions. The temporary occupants start misusing the premises in a uncivilized manner and turn a blind to the neighborhood.
Everyone knows serving of alcohol is prohibited in these public places but we find during the course of marriage ceremony alcohol is being served. Heavy & Loud music is being played i.e. 60 db, which disturbs the peaceful neighbourhood. They use local generator, which create disturbing heavy sound. The guests park their vehicles in a up-hazardous manner, which leads to obstruction of smooth flow of traffic. They leave no parking space in the lanes and by-lanes for the residents to park their vehicles. At times it has been found that the guests misuse the nearby park and open space for relieving themselves. Whenever the resident have objected, these very people start physical fights and abusive languages. We have complained time and again to the office bearers, but no effective result has been seen.
We have brought this subject in the notice of area D C P and the office bearers of community center but till date no action has taken place. As a last resort we have no option left other than to approach you.
It will be highly appreciate if your office could intervene and draw a permanent solution to the above problem.

W BLK RAJOURI GDN. — no repairing of the roads after digging .
The roads have been torn out for piping purposes 5 months before in W Block rajouri garden. And still they have not been repaired .We all are facing a lot of problem in parking our cars as it is known that there is already parking space scarcity in rajouri garden. the roads should be repaired as soon as possible.MCD — worst conditions of road in B-block Vivek vihar phase-II delhi
i am resident of B block vivek vihar phase-2 for the last 5-6 years, but i have not seen any road is repaired or constructed. the conditions of roads are worst, even u can not run on foot. conditions of road can be seen by deploying some officers or staff.is any civic agency is there who can listen this request.
it is better to live in cluster jhuggi or resettlement areas where roads are made of C.C.
but very shameful for us where such conditions or road are there.

By writting this details, I would like to inform the concerned management (may be MCD or malaria/dengue control boards) about a family residing in Klkaji DDA Flats (J2/69, topd floor, DDA flats, kalkaji- Near alakanda market). They are keeping lots of garbage and unused things at the terres like water tanks without covers (which are not o[censored]se), some other garbages as well which will help mosquitos to grow.
With this message I would request the concerned department to take serious action about these kind of iresponsible activities. This is a crime when any person donot help others to live hyginic.
I would request the concerned dept to take action immediately.

Bhatia & Company — regarding garbage disposal
My office at 698, Kundewalan, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-06.For last 4 years we are facing problem with "Street Safai Karamcharies". We are paying 30000/- of House Tax each year to MCD and there is no service provided at all. MCD workers demand seperate payment for picking the trash even from Road in front of our office, I DONT KNOW WHY.
If someone through trash in the mid night near or out side of our office, they just shift the same to our premises and always try to harras us.
I really dont know where to register the complaint against such persons.
we are throing our garbage to the"KURAGHAR" everyday.
We are really fed-up of this service provided by Municipal corporation of Delhi or rather say KAR-PRESHAN Department.

MCD — Uncleanliness in colony
Sir,I am a resident of Pocket-B, Mayur Vihar Phase-II. Adjoining to my house there is a diisputed parking lot which has turned into garbage dumping place. Dispute is between Bal Bhawan School and RWA of Pocket-B and the residents are suffering. School claims that this parking place is meant for them whereas RWA claims otherwise. Matter is in court for 10 years. Result is niether school maintains the cleanliness nor mcd officials nor RWA. It is creating nuisance and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. School authorities through their horticulture waster there and after drying the same burnt it causing air polution. There is a big sewere main hole in that area covered by make shift arrangment of red stone and can be a cause of some major accident also. MCD — A broken house which is carrying garbage and helping mosquitoes to grow
Dear Sir,There is one house in Mem Gali, Chotta Bazar Shahdara... which has been broken and the boundary has been covered from all around. This house has been a source of garbage for the last 20 years and there are many mosquitoes and reptiles which are growing this house and nobody is even care of. Now a days, stray dogs have made this their homes and whenever anyone tries to pass this house, they try to bite that person. Also there are lot of tall trees which have grown in this house, making the land nearby unsafe to live and suspected during the earthquakes. Kindly look into the matter and help to sort the case out and make this land a plain so that the place can look beautiful and free from any reptiles etc.
