[Resolved]  MCD Complaint — Unauthorised Construction

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Shastri Nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at A- 243 Shastri Nagar, Delhi -110052, The owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area on the road. The nearby buildings addressed WZ - 146, WZ - 145 Nimri Gaon, Shastri Nagar and a small temple already had covered the area on the road. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

My self associated with our RWA under unauthorised colony Layout No. 808B viz. Shastri Park Extn., Uttarakhand enclave part-2, Burari, Delhi-84, since long time. Till date our Association is not registered with Bhagidari. In our colony all development work are pending, . People are facing actuate problem BY MANY WAYS. and living miserable life like in Jungle since last 10 years. We have a population of near about 5000(approx.). Nobody is ready to listen us. What type of Democracy we have? When we feels that we are LIVING in Capital of INDIA certainly it comes our mind that, is this Delhi?

This is to bring to your notice that B11&B23 GURUNANAK apartment west enclave pitampura near police lines delhi has encroached the society's land and are doing illegal construction on their flats.

I have already made a complaint couple of days back over the phone but no action as such been taken.i am one of the members fro the RWA GURUNANAK apartments. We have made a request to the owners of the flat b11 & B23 both at 6th floor but they are not afraid of anyone.

The extension and illegal construction should be stopped immediately.A quick action will be highly appreciated.

With due respect I submit that the aforesaid Sh. Ram Prakash commenced unauthorized construction at first floor front side of property bearing no 825 Bhogal Road jungpura new delhi 110014 from 18/9/2013 that property bearing no 825 bhogal road jungpura new delhi 110014 is a suit property . that may husband has filed a suit counterclaim for partion of said property which is still pending in this hazari court. that i made complaint to the concerned junior engineer and assistan engineer of south delhi muncipal corporation but they were not ready receive the complaint itself that i am sure that concerned junior engineer and assistant engineer of south delhi municipal corporation will not take any action to stop the illegal construction. that the police help line no 100 was called by me at 10.17 am on 18/9/2013 but no one termed out.

That I am sure that aforesaid ram prakesh could not get the site plan sanctioned from south delhi municipal corporation before 18/9/2013 when he started raising unauthorized construction at first floor front side of property bearing no 825 bhogal road jungpura new delhi 110014 that the said construction is in utter violation of building BYE Laws of delhi municipal corporation Act and said construction would also adversely affect the day to day life of my family members. That the concerned junior engineer and assistant engineer failed discharge their statutory duty and allowed ram prakash to commence with the unauthorized construction against extraneous consideration.

It is therefore requested take action to stop the illegal construction unauthorized construction at first floor front side of property bearing no 825 bhogal road jungpura new delhi 110014 at the earliest.

please take an action as they have completed all his construction without any permission and noc.
i requset you too demolish all the part which is made illegaly
