That every day the the local resident face foul smell and problem water logging and this will lead to breeding of mosquitoes in this area and that will for sure lead cause serious heath threat to localities i.e. dengue, malaria and chikungunya.

This is to bring to your kind notice that an unauthorized Diary is operating in our residential area which is causing unbearable nuisance to the residents and has a great potential for spread of epidemic diseases like Dengu, Malaria and other water borne diseases.
While we have been regularly taking up with local municipal bodies and many verbal and written complaints have been forwarded by all the residents it appears the dairy owner has been successful in running the diary consisting of over 12 animals by placating to the demands of some unscrupulous officials jeopardizing the health of people residing within close proximity of the diary.
The excreta of the animals is regularly being dumped in the drains meant of carrying rain water and other waste thus blocking them which further aggravates the un hygienic conditions prevalent in our locality.
You would appreciate that as per extant ruling of Hon’ble High Court operating of Diaries in residential areas has been strictly banned and despite this the Dairy owner is running an unauthorized Diary with complete impunity in tandem with local municipal authorities.
We would earnestly request you to instruct your officials to immediately take remedial action and direct the diary owner to relocate the diary to some other non-residential place so that we are able to live in complete hygiene and are not effected with some serious ailment owing to gross dirty conditions of the locality.

Mr. Ram Avtar — Road Blockage and Polluting
This is to complaint against one Mr. Ram Avtaar, who is a tenant in the basement of the following premises, B-13-B, Lane no:7, Anand Parbat Industrial area, Delhi- 110005.Following are the complaints against Mr. Ram Avtaar,
1. Although he has a covered place to work, he use that place for storage, and works on the raod.
2. This results in every day jams amd fights.
3. The kind of dust pollution, his work involves is so much that no one in the neighbourhood can even breathe.
4. Despite of several requests, he is not ready to listen to anyone.
So kindly take appropriate leagal action against Mr. Ram Avtaar.

3) the Veterinary Division of MCD is having cage Lorries, staff, premises, infrastructure for managing the stray animals. Please give complete details of facilities available with MCD for only stray dogs.
4) When seized or take on hold of wandering dogs from one colony/area by veterinary staff shall be sterilized for avoiding increase in fertility of such dogs.
5) The dogs are making the street very dirty. We find their in our streets daily.
6) the detained dogs from one colony/area by veterinary staff shall be make free in a far away area of forest or open field.
7) If not, whether such dogs shall me sent back to the same colony.
8) Please increase the number of visits of Veterinary officials/staff to our area.

house constucture — house construction
This is to bring to your notice that we the residents of 214/Shiv shankar nagar,S.P.Road,Near shiv prerna chowk, Wadala (e), Mumbai-37 have a ground floor and a first floor structure. Because of the tower line which is very low we are unable to extend the height of our houses. However our next door neighbor Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Jaiswal and we share a common wall. Despite our objecting him, he has now further extended the height of his roof top which is a hindrance to all the residents as the Tower line is very low. Any damage could take the lives of all the residents in this area.With deep regret we would like to plead to you that despite lodging complaints with the Police Station, the BMC and our local Corporator, no action has been taken and Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Jaiswal has now completed the extension of his roof top.
This is our humble request to look into the matter and take immediate steps to protect our lives and cause unnecessary tension. Worries and hindrance to the many poor lives around.
