Sub: Complaint against Mr. Hitesh Bhasin & others for encroachment, unauthorized construction & blockage of Sewerage & water pipe lines in property No. S-17 (Ground Floor) West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008. Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice that I, Smt. Prem Devi wife of Late Shri Lekh Raj is the absolute, rightful owner and in possession of S- 18 (First Floor & Second Floor) at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008. I am living peacefully at above premises from the last so many years. My elder son Mr. Varinder Kumar have been residing on the first floor and on the second floor my younger son Mr. Surinder Kumar have been residing with his family members, and I am residing with my my younger son Mr. Surinder Kumar. Before six months ago, the above person (Hitesh Bhasin), who is builder by profession, had purchased the Ground floor, i.e. S-17, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, and constructed the ground floor, and converting the residential property into commercial by constructing four shops. Due to above construction, my sewerage & Water pipe lines are blocked, and my old Lenter has also broken due to this construction, and Now he has threatening and harassing me to face dire consequence, if I will register my complaint with any appropriate authority. In the absence of Male family members, he has adopted all the irregularities & unlawful ways with the support of their well-wishers and another builder person also. Sir, I am law abiding Senior citizen lady aged more than 80 years, do not want to quarrel anybody, and in these connection so many times, personally I requested him to solve my sewerage & water problem, which created lot of difficulties for the inhabitants o[censored]pper floors, and constructed their portion as per law without creating any damage & trouble for anothers, but he don’t want to listen anything and continuously violating all the rules – regulations and refuse to do any favorable action to solve the matter. I have already register my complaint with Deputy Commissioner –MCD- Karol Bagh Zone, New Delhi-110005 on dt 23.10.2009 and other concerned deptt, but disappointed to inform you, that no action taken by the official concerned, the reason best known to them. In view of above circumstances, it is requested to kindly look in the matter sympathically and taken appropriate legal proceeding as per law against the above person for the interest of Justice and protect the life & property of myself and my family members. Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Water logging due to broken pavements &
I am holding my office at Sunder Nagar Market, (Shop No.16). This is one of the markets earning the maximum foreign exchange since it is inhabited by the affluent people and diplomats. All the parking pavements of this market are broken as a resulting into water logging and breeding of mosquitoes. Hence, I wish to request the concerned MCD authorities to take immediate action and do the needful. WATER LOGGING OF SEWAGE WATER CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS OUTBREAK OF DISEASE, MAY BE DENGUE,

MCD — Unauthorised drainage water pipes
I want to lodge a complaint against the residents(IInd & IIIrd Floors) of our colony(GH-2 ANKUR APPTS, PASCHIM VIHAR), who placed a dranage pipe(Unauthorised small pipes placed on their Balcony to discharge waste/dirty water) outside our houses(Ground Floor) and from those pipes they keep flushing their dirty water, which falls and gathers in front of our gates. Now-a-days Delhi Govt. already facing a problem of DENGUE & SWINE FLU, then these kind of storage of dirty water, provide good condition/enviroment for developing Mosquitos & will cause of spreading these diseases and become epidamics.So i request you to please take a speacial note of this complaint and take necessary actions. Waiting for your strong & quick action for the same.

It is to bring you a king notice that Shri. Surjeet Singh and his wife Smt. Surjeet kaur r/o A-73, A-74, A-75, A-76 have converted there double storey flat into four storey flat and four houses have been converted into a single building, which causes much difficulty to the local people. We are not getting sufficient sunlight and insufficient hygienic condition and especially in winter conditions it is very difficult to survive. We are having small children and they like to study in sunlight, but they are unable to sit in a sunlight. It creates lot of difficulty to the society people.
Other than that they spread their selling material all over the place which causes difficulty to the pedestrians .It has been complaint many times but no response or action has been seen . We have complaint to you so that strict action can be taken. Police constables and some MCD officials also come and take bribe from the owner and leaving her without taking any action.
The life is seriously disturbed by the behavior of the owner. So it is our request to you to take strict action and demolish the top two floors as soon as possible.

MCD — Encrochment Problem
Encrochment problemI would like to draw your kind attention towards huge encroachment in sector-15
Block G, Rohini. Both MLA and Councellor are welll aware of the problem but
Never bother to remove the hurdles.
All the out side area of small parks are captured by the dhobis and footpath by
Shopkeepers. The MLA visits our area twice in a weeks but it is matter of great
Regret that his office ( Vijay Properties) built like MIG flat where as it is originally
a Janta flat.
There are four passages in our pocket for vehicle movement. Out of which three
are blocked by the residents by illegal construction as well as parking of
their car/tempo and three wheeler .Most of the residents built THARA and covered
5-6feet area of with JAAL and park their cars in front of JAAL. If the flat owner
Of their opposite side also covered the same size of area and park his car then hardly
Two Feet space remains in the street.
Some flat owners made illegal construction of toilet in the passage area. So Its not
possible to move the car from those passages. Out of four only one passage is used
By the residents for car movement and that is also very thin.
It shows that people are getting support from local political parties leader and making
Livesof others very harsh to live. Neither MCD or DDA official bother to take action against

In case of any emergency its not possible that Fire Brigades/Ambulance etc can not be

complaint aganist some of the residents of shastri nagar who have given the area outside of their houses on rent to some kabari's who have now piled up big amount of waste materials in that area makeing it unhygenic for other residents of that area and for the small childrens of the lalita block school.

MCD — illegal encroachment/ unauthorised construction
sir, this is to inform you that many shopkeepers in B BLOCK MAIN MARKET DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI - 110095 has encroached upon mcd land by moving their shutters up to chajja and not only that they put their items further on govt land which cause very difficulty by visiting customers for purchasing household items.It is my humble requests to you to kindly look into the matter and act accordingly as soon as possible. Here are several unauthorised parking, encroachment of fairies, vehicles etc.Facing too many problems.
Respected sir, I am leaving in Tihar Village, Near Tilak Nagar (West Delhi Distt.), New Delhi. Sir I would like to drawn your attendion towards the problems facing by the villagers, RECENTLY :-
1. There is no parking space near to that village. But the villagers are parked their vehicle near placed at 4th & 3rd Block, Ashok NAgar, New Delhi.
2. Now, the resident of 4th & 3rd Block Ashok Nagar, New Delhi were not to agree on parking the vehicle and construct a gate & wall on the MCD property on the name of safety of their children.

MCD — Blockage of water
Hi ,I am a resident of Anand vihar colony, in East Delhi 110092.
For past 3 months we have been complaining to the MCD office anand vihar about the blockage of water in the drains outside the houses but every time we get a deaf ear to the issue.
The stagnation of water in the drains has led to a lot o[censored]nhygienic surroundings and obviously lot of water borne diseases.
Request you to look into the matter and take it to the appropriate authorities and take an action in this case ASAP.

There is unauthorized construnction in DDA flat no. 340 pocket-6 sector - 2 Rohini. thereby all three side wall have demolished and encroached on public land on both side by raising unauthorised construnction and converted the flat into shop by fixing four shutters.
