Illegal encroachments of road in F Block, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar

Sir, this is to bring to your notice that the owners of following houses have made illegal encroachments in front of their house there by causing lots of inconvinience.
1) House no. 105, F Block, Jeewan park, Uttam Nagar, has constructed a wall on the road there by encroaching the road.
2) House no. 107, F Block, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, has put many flower pots in front of his house and has covered ( Pucca construction) the drain also. Because of it the road is also covered and also the water flows from the road.
3)House no. 108 and 30, F Block, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, have encroaced the considerable portion of the road by putting iron castings on the road.

The original road is more than 30 feet wide. Because of these encroachments very little space is available on the road where only one small vehicle can pass at one time and the drainage system has also affected considerably as the water flows only from road thus by cracking the road also. I would like to request you take action against the people who have encroached the public road and the encroachment should be removed immediately, so that people can get wide road and the drainage of water from the proper drains.
I had also made this complaint in MCD and I have the acknowledgement of that letter from MCD but they told me that since this area belongs to DSIIDC therefore we have to make complaint regarding this encroachment to DSIIDC.

The shops in G-48, green park are sealed by the mcd but the shop keepers are still sitting on the pavement outside and selling goods, which is not legal and hence would request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions.

MCD — No street sweepers in your area

In Jamia Nagar government appointed street sweepers are very few and they too does not clean streets in our area. That is (H to I Block) Batla House, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-25

At above mentioned blocks a lady comes to clean street daily but she only clean street infront of the house who pays her exclusively.

I dont understand why we are paying tax to the government if we have to pay the cleaner Rs 10 per day only for cleaning street in front of our hopuse.

Complaint against Sweepers

Sir/Madam
we are from Radhey Shyam Park, Street No. 4, Gali Ration Wali, Delhi-110051. we complaint is against sweepers of Radhey Shyam Park, Delhi-110051, they always collect all the waste and gabbrage kept in front of our doors, after 10 to 15 days the gabbrage and waste is still in our doors, the sweepers is using rudly and dirty language, so many times i directely objection them but nothing happen.

please take some action towards them

both husband and wife do the work but its just for name, they do not clean/broom properly. so we request to change their duty to some where else, and depute sombody else for this work.

We are resident of Prem Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, There is one lady sweeper in M-Block, who used to Sweep the street.

She always use abusive language to the home/flat owners of the M-Block, saying that they spread polythenes and other waste on the street. I saw that there is only some polythenes, and other articles (like empty packets of cracks etc) and nothing all.

Please note that the M-Block street is very big about half kilometers and there are thousands of peoples passed through daily, they spread the waste and other things daily.

And the sweepress used to abuse the residents that they spread waste. As the residents have no right to block the streets for passer by.

This is to bring to your kind notice that every home/flat has its own sweeper who collect the waste daily from all houses, for which resident pay them at least Rs. 100/- every month.

"MCD SWEEPRESS ALSO TOLD EVERY TIME THAT NO HOUSE OWNER GIVE HER ANY SWEETS, MONEY ON DIWALI so why should she sweep the streets."

It is not true, she always takes money on diwali, dusserra and all other hindu festival, as taking money of a Govt. Employee is treated as bribe.

She always fought with every one every day.

You are requested to take corrective action on this, please let her understand that not to use abusive language with Home/Flat owner.

You are requested to take immediate stringent action towards this sweepress of M-Block, Prem Nagar, Uttam to make other people work properly.

Sir /Madam,

I am a resident of H.I.L Apartments, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi.

My complaint is against the sweeper and his 6 year old child who has been deputed for cleaning the streets and the entire society. The sweeper never works properly. Earlier there is a lady called Ms. Raj was deputed to do the same but now she is working as a domestic help in few flats of my society. By the result the cleaning part got affected. For the past 4-5 years no sweeper is doing their job. The garbage and waste is still in our doors, the sweepers is using rudely and dirty language, so many times I directly objection them but nothing happen. Our management is also not taking any action action against them as they are saying "we cant help you.Its your (every resident's) duty to take care of this issue. We are not going to help each and every person of this society". Some residents have plants in the stairs which is the main reason of the still water and garbage in stairs and streets.

Not only this, there are also stray dogs in the society who causes many problems for the residents, especially during night. I ask my society guards to help us, they said its a great help for them during night shifts, as they can sleep peacefully.

Sir, You are also requested to take immediate stringent action towards this sweepress of H.I.L Apartment, Sector-13, Rohini, to make other people work properly.

Sir, I hereby request you to charge a HEAVIEST PENALTY against my Society, Management of the Society and the Sweepers (esp. the lady, Ms. Raj who has started working as a domestic help as according to norms no sweeper is allowed to change their job profile and in this case you can also file a case against the Management of the society for provoking CHILD LABOUR).

I hope that you people will take an early and serious action against my society's management and sweepers for their irresponsible behavior and provoking CHILD LABOUR.

in Uttam Nagar, A-60, Nanhey Park, Matiala, New Delhi 110059. I would like to bring your kind attention towards empty plots (Plot No A-62, A-63 & A-77 ) which are using for garbage dump, that is in very unhygienic and in poor condition. We are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems and the owner of that plots are not constructing and not selling, many
times verbally informed to the plot owners but they ignore every request. The odour smell is also make the air pollute and increasing the mosquitoes & flies. We are facing a problem of garbage near about our residence. There are so much garbage outside the home
that is why so much bad smell are spreading in the area that is why are getting a problem in a breathing so many times. Due to this our family members got ill. Because of this, we have complained so many times in MCD department but we did not get the any single positive result from their side. Therefore, you are highly requested to take immediate action in this regard and also against owner of these plots.

Darins are not getting clean up. We are hiring people from out side and paying them to clean the drains still not able to clen them properly. Dirty water is coming from near by buildings and getting store near to our plot.

MCD People comes but could not clean it properly and do not turns back. They are also unable to clean it properly. Two photographs are attached.

Request you to kindly send your engineers to have a look and check why the dirty water is not getting clean after cleaning the drains by us.

This dirty water storage is not healthy for building walls.

I want to bring in your kind notice that this gali joining towards from metro station Adarsh Nagar to Azadpur Subji Mandi Rly Stn Delhi -110033.The Delhi Jal Board pipe line has been replaced due to non supply of water in this village . It was replace in the month of Oct 2010 since the Jal Board pipe has been replaced and road was to be construct concrete road in this area which is in bad condition. It is therefore requested that it should be replaced with concrete road immediately.Please take necessary step to relieve the problems.

Near 43/8, Andrews Ganj, MCD employees are not cleaning the street, hence chances for sickness and health hazards. Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

MCD — Garbage & overflowing sewers

The sewers in Old Delhi's Kucha Pati Ram area are overflowing and thus stinking and it is difficult even to walk particularly in front of property number 606, Kucha Pati Ram, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110006. The encroachment by way of illegally constructing platforms in front of the said property and round the clock garbage has worsened the condiction and is a serious concern of diseases.

The deployed Safai Karamchari of MCD appears in group daily but generally, do not make swabbing work, neither clean nor pick-up the garbage heaps lying in the main street of S-Blcok, Parampuri, near Laxmi Tent/Tinty Tots Child play school. Owing to the unhygienic situation in the area breeds mosquitoes and people facing various types of diseases problem of dengue and other unhygienic surroundings in the locality.

Last year street of Gali No 6 of S Block, Parampuri was built but drainage but till date the drainage canal is lying blocked and it has become hazardous for the people who live over here. No body is cleaning these drains canal, it bad sinking & badly blocked, stray dogs' latrine lying here & there in the street No-6 of S-Block Prampuri. I am a pet owner my self and love dogs however these dogs hide under the cars and attack people and animals. My dog himself has been attacked twice. And today again he was bit by one of them.

This is regarding illegal construction in Flat No.160 A & 160 B , Vikrant Enclave , Maya Puri New Delhi 110064.

I would like to bring into your kind notice that above Flats are owned by Husband & Wife which is illegal as in DDA Flats by rule Husband and Wife can own only one Flat .

The owner of flats are govt retired and they are Commercially using the flat by opening agency "Sood Consultancy" .

For last six month the owner of the flats have made illegal construction by constructing second floor by encourching the government land . They have raised pillar at the back of the flat on govt land and have given support to the second floor. They have extend balcony on three sides of the Flat.

Four year back due to the illegal construction the MCD has already removed the illegal construction but inspite of this and notice given to owners of flat ,they have once again reconstructed the illegal structure and have raised second floor.

So you are hereby requested to take necessary action and remove the illegal construction.

We are residing in the Batla House at okhla village. Some person in our colonies have opened dairy farms (buffalo, type) due to that lot of dengue mosquitos have been developing in water stand surrounding our colonies ( buffalow dung and over flow of drain ). It is also providing bad smell, which is directly impacting on the kids and old persons of our surrounding. We are in acute problem. In this colony there is also a problem of drainage of water system. sewage system is permanently blocked due to the wastage of buffalo dung. Please do the needful as early as possible.

This is to Bring to your notice that the uncovered drain on the side of BG-314 Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi – 110042 is a cause of concern for several reasons –
1. Since the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria.
2. Polythene bags are often dropped into the drain as it is open, this leads to blockage of the drain, further stagnation of collected water.
3. Every few weeks the cleaners come, take out the junk from the drain and leave it outside. This is again very hazardous to the people living in the vicinity.
4. People in the area who have tea / food stalls are suffering because of the unhygienic surroundings.
5. The junk from the drain also leads to traffic jams.
Please make arrangements for closing the drain and arrange for regular cleaning of the area to bring back the hygiene to the locality.
We sincerely hope that this request will be taken seriously and the necessary steps will be taken at the earliest.

i think mcd have no roll in to maintain streets, 4 years gone but the street road are not ready at yet in ranjit nagar, street no-19, the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria. mdc worker things that they are god they do what they wont and our area nigam parshad also think that he is a raja of the Delhi. MCD commission please take a strict action against them.

My house no. is C-55, Inder Puri J J colony New Delhi - 110012. All the sewer lines are blocked of our street . Old sever line is completely choked, resulted Water logging and latrines are over flooded. Old Sever in front of House C-32 Inder Puri J J colony is over flooded, latrines are choked and foul smell is spreading in area. The entire sewer line needs to be cleaned. Inspite of complaining several times. Once the MCD sewer cleaning people came but just worked for sometime and left. They said machine is required to clear the sewers.

Dengue and chikungunya is spreading rapidly in city.

Its a humble request to you, to take this up on priority basis.

sub: Commercial use of 3rd and 4th floor of O block 37 Lajpat Nagar-2.

we the residents of O block-37 Lajpat Nagar-2 are facing the problem caused by Mr RK Sabharwal for more than 8 years now, who is running a security guard placement office on the 3rd floor and has given the terrace-4th floor on lease to airtel on which 40 feet tower is raised.
We are facing lot of security problems due to regular up and down of people coming to the the office and the noise pollution of the genset of the tower causing restlessness, health problems and depreciation to the building.
When the tower was raised the the outlet of the drainage was changed due to which sewage problem has arised causing water logging resulting in water born diseases and mosquitoes.

We request and plead to you to take immediate measures so our sufferings could end for the same.

A resident of C-11,X-1, C Block, Dilshad Garden, Delhi. who is enjoying semi-govt. security is himself becoming a security threat to his neighbours. He has encroached upon a large chunk of open land for erecting a tent for security people and encroached the area around his flat for covering and has occupied the approach to the road. Since he is working as a high court lawyer(as stated by the display board on his house), he is terrorising the people by showing his goonda-ism through muscle men who are mostly present there throughout day and night. Even the ladies try to avoid passing through the route just to avoid the lusty glare. He does not allow anyone to park his vehicle in front of his house. Though directly he does not say anything, but either the person who dares to park his vehicle in front of his house, either the vehicle gets dented, or its parts like stereo etc. get stolen. Twice or thrice the MCD has in demolition drives has removed the encroachments in the block, but the demolition is only carried out upto the BLOCK C-10, and none of the MCD men dare touch C-11. HENCE SOS.

I am resident of BE-189, first floor, gali no. 5, hari nagar, new delhi -110064. i would like to bring to your notice the commercial usage of residential property around my area. In our same building at ground floor, they are using their house as a site of dry cleaning of clothes. every morning our house is full of foul smell of chemicals they use, and noise of motors, they also use a lot of petrol, which i feel is unsafe. They also use and waste lot of water. We are really fed up of this and want you to take some action against, as we are not getting proper conditions for living in that area.

Misuse of residential house — Use of commercial work at residential area

Dear Sir,

There is a hoose at Moti Nagar (Address- 10/10, Ground Floor, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015). The owner has given the house on rent. The tenants are using the house for commercial work. Everyday many trucks are coming and loading and unloading the waste material. All the neighbours suffering a lot from their noise.

Please take necessary action to reso;ve the same on priority. Or tell us if there is any other option for complaining the same.
