Respected Sir / Madam,
This is to Bring to your notice that the uncovered drain on the side of BG-314 Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi – 110042 is a cause of concern for several reasons –
1. Since the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria.
2. Polythene bags are often dropped into the drain as it is open, this leads to blockage of the drain, further stagnation of collected water.
3. Every few weeks the cleaners come, take out the junk from the drain and leave it outside. This is again very hazardous to the people living in the vicinity.
4. People in the area who have tea / food stalls are suffering because of the unhygienic surroundings.
5. The junk from the drain also leads to traffic jams.
Please make arrangements for closing the drain and arrange for regular cleaning of the area to bring back the hygiene to the locality.
We sincerely hope that this request will be taken seriously and the necessary steps will be taken at the earliest.

Dear sir,

This is in reference to my complaint to Chief minister of delhi no 534794 you have already recived the complint from her office but you have not taken any action till now.
The illegal construction is going on at M-50 kalkaji new delhi 110019 where as he is only allowed to have a ground floor and he has constructed first floor and finished it and now the work for 2nd floor is in full swing . Your department official are sleeping for last 6 months or they have taken something to keep quite and ignore what illegal is happening .

I am sure that you people know and you are keeping quite as you have got bribe for the same because in 6 months you never visited the area and he is doing the lanter for 2nd floor ia laid today as it is saturday and your will be enjoying your off with the money you have taken from the owner to keep away till he is done with the construction.

Shame on you people

Dear Sir,
With due regards I am the resident of D-14/115, Sector 7, Rohini Delhi. The sewer in front of D-14/223, Sector 7, Rohini is block(chocked) . Due to that the waste water of Nalis is not outgoing.from that sewer. This has created a very messy condition and lot of flies and mosquitoes are there. It has made a very difficult living condition.
Despite of our complaints in central control room[protected] with our complaint numbers 4817dated 08/04/2010, 4895dated 09/04/2010, 4981 dated 10/04/2010, 5173 dated 12/04/2010, 5319 dated 14/04/2010 and request to Shri S.N. Rai (J.E.)([protected]) and Shri Lalit Mohan (Chief Engineer)([protected]) no action has been taken till today.
The workers of sewer department says that it is the complaint of Nali blockage. There is no outlet of Nali. Whereas the MCD Department says that it is a complaint of sewer.
Please look into the matter. I hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible.

I Would like to draw your kind attention towards very serious problems of dangrous dogs in our area i.e School Block Shakarpur Part -2, Near Jingle Bells Academy (school), Shakarpur, Delhi – 110092.

We are highly troubled due to maddening dogs in our street. Childs of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Many of the dogs are very Dangerous, they bark on person passing through street without any reason. They have bitted many persons unreasonably. Even today also they bitten a girl.

They are increasing in number day-by-day. And their alarm / horror is also being spread constantly.

It has been causing of lot inconvenience to the common people of our area. It is too difficult to believe that such things should have happened under your efficient control / esteemed functioning.

You are requested to look into this matter & take an immediate action.

This is to inform you that your department had made the drains 2year back. They made the drain in start of the street and not complete street. As the drain is not avvailable because not made fully. Therefore when any body use the water to wash his/her floor, water come on the road and street look dirty.

I live at D 844 New Friends Colony. Inspite of repeated requests made at the local MCD office, for the outside sewage drain behind the house being blocked, no person has even bothered to visit or take any action. Now the blockage is so bad that our sewage is overflowing from our drain. It is a shame to see this kind of service in a so called posh colony of South Delhi and it is a serious health hazard. What are we paying our taxes for ? Pls help.

sweepers are very irregular , they visit occassionaly.. condition of this area is worse,.heaps of dust lying at every footstep in most of the streets in the area, it gives really very bad impression of municiple workers inside the town.
chances of spreding any epidemic are very high because our area - RAGHUBER PURA WARD NO : 236.

please take serious actions against municiple workers of our area especially JASBEER..

I want to draw your attention towards the illegal commercial and residential constructions at Yogmaya Complex at Mehrauli New Delhi.1 Mr. Shashi kumar resident of 10/33 constructed a commercial building at yogmaya complex 9 months back but it was demolished by MCD, he then paid some money to junior officials and he again constructed a three storey commercial complex on unauthorized land, and he has given this building on rent for commercial use just because of that our road is always blocked because people come to this commercial complex and parked their vehicle on the road, we are suffering a lot because of this unauthorized commercial building.

2. Another resident Mr. Kamal Kishore Vats resident of 10/16, Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli has constructed a unauthorized construction three months back and covered a big part of road and just because of that road became so narrow that it is difficult to take our light motor vehicles to our residence and just because of this illegal construction our road is always jammed ,not only he covered the road but made a extra large balcony which is blocking the road and nearby residents are suffering because of this unauthorized construction.

3. Same is the case with Mr. Inder Narain Vats resident of 10/22 and Rajiv Sharma resident of 10/4 property builder of this area and resident of Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli both of them have raised an illegal construction 5 months back.

there are a lot of illegal constructions being done in basai dara pur in past 2 years and a lot are there in progress. but still mcd has taken no steps and people have took over the roads into there premises , because of this a lot of traffic jam is there and people are going under a harrasment by the supporters of the counseller and other officials.
no action is being taken till now, houses have been built via crossing the height limit as well as road is being taken into their premises.
the road which was used to be about 20 feet wide now remain from 10 to 8 feet.

I am a resident of A-161, Pocket C1,Mayur Vihar Phase-3, New Delhi a Govt. Colony.The sewerage line in our area specially in my location i.e A-161, Pocket C1,Mayur Vihar Phase-3, New Delhi , Near GD Colony get blokage several times. I have requested the Society person,also several times but despite that these people do not bothered. I have the ground floor and my kitchen line always blocked and the dirty water spells over kitchen .Despite lodging complaint several times to authorities, nothing has been done so far. There is dirt and filth all around. Faeces is overflowing. Our Kitchen line and toilet lines are also blocked. We request an immediate action to restore cleanliness I shall be grateful, if my complaint will be looked expeditiously and I may be relieved of such a dirty condition. It is always noticed that the sewere line which moves from my residence have complained but never been clerared by the Jal Board. Even the lids of the severe line are open in the area, which may cause any uncertainity in future.Let's see how much the word of your i.e. CLEAN AND GREEN DELHI.is True?

This is to bring to your kind attention the escalating problem of mosquitoes in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 all along the Noida Link road in the last few months.

There is a "nallah" that runs parallel to the road draining into the barrage, and in the last few months the flow of sewer water in the said nallah has been blocked. There has been construction going on the Noida Link road to widen it/add flyovers before the CommonWealth Games and also for the Star City Mall and the Jaypee hotels in Mayur Vihar -1. The Nallah flow was blocked about ten months ago for this construction and in this period the sewer water has stagnated, giving rise to not only a lot of stink but also huge mosquito population which is causing great inconvenience to all residents, and also many diseases. We fear this problem is only going to get worse with the rainy season ahead.
We request you to look into the problem as soon as possible. It has been a long standing demand to have the nallah permanently covered but the govt has taken no action on that (the portion in front of the under construction hotels is being covered now though). If that is not possible, it is at least necessary to have mosquito killers sprayed every week in and around the nallah, and open the flow as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that the street sweepers in my locality are burning the garbage in the locality itself on regular basis due to which there is so much pollution created by this garbage burning. My father is a heart patient and when the pollution occurs daily in the morning, he suffers a lot. Many times i requested the sweeper personally to avoid this. But he does it again and again on daily basis and he uses abusive language. Now i request the MCD officers to take action against him. I request you to take action against these type of activities by sweepers as it is also a main cause of global warming
