ABC Contructions — Unauthorised Construction
Respected Sir,I would like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the construction. As per the standard parametres of Delhi government in the residential area 4th floor is not permitted. But our neighbour addressed
B-49, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-110092
is construted the 4th floor. This thing is very risky for the entire locality and the respective building. So please stop this unauthorised construction.

Criminal elements have started chain snatching and are involved in other unsocial activities. The Police has also been informed but they say MCD is responsible for further action and they will support.
Please immediately look into the nuisance to neighbouring residents of DDA approved societies and taken suitable action to demolish illegal constructions and clear the foot path on road.

Dear Sir:
We are residing in street no. 4 and we have small connector between street no. 4 & 5 which now a only way to go out by car. The other ways to go out by car are already blocked due to the cars of the people parked in the street at both the ends.
Now a person staying near the connector whose main gate opens in street no. 5 have taken most of the space in this connector road as well as in street no. 5 by making huge staircases at the gates. Due to which we are facing day to day problem while we have to go out by our car. Once anybody (unknown/known) parks his car in this connector road, it gets blocked for everyone and we have to search for the car owner every time. Sometimes we are not able to reach our destination in time. Most of the times we are not able to find the car owner. If this stairs of him would have not been there then this problem would'nt have never arose. And he has kept a a big pot of plant in street no. 5 in front of his residence which further worsen the situation while entering in to street no. 4 from street no. 5. That person ( Mr. P.K. Garg, Asst. Engineer, Karkardooma) is an officer in BSES, perhaps he has some political links too at Councillor level or more, that is why nobody dares to talk to him in this regard directly. If somebody has a medical emergency late in the night then it is his or her luck to reach the hospital in time ! Because of the blocking of the way by stairs and as well as the car anybody parks there just by finding space and the connector gets blocked.
Kindly do something in this regard also.
There is a demolition drive going on by the government at some places in Bihari colony main road and at Shriram colony main roads but nobody came again to demolish encroachments in the streets. If this demolition drive continues in the streets as well, this problem will be solved because nobody should be allowed to make any construction which goes beyond the limit. Stairs at the entrance of the main gates should be limited to the boundary of the drainage only which are made by MCD so that these stairs do not cause any trouble to others. In addition to this people have made long platforms outside their house and have covered most of the drain and now these drains either are blocked or are filled with mud etc which further creates problem of water logging during rainy season which further become a breeding ground for the mosquito to spread dreadful diseases like dengue, chikungunia, viral fever, diarrhea etc.
In the end, I would like to appreciate the MCD procedure where, now all have to follow to make new construction where the map is passed before construction, parking space has been made a must, no encroachment, demolition drive against encroachments in the main road etc.

Illegal Construction — Illegal Construction (Jhuggi)
A plot no. 689, Sec-8 has been grabbed by some slum dwellers. They have constructed a Jhuggi and have been living in it. Every night they drink and fight amongst themselves using obscene languages shouting at the top of their voice. Besides this they use the plot to relieve themselves causing great embrassment to our women folks and children.Request you to take necessary steps for a permanent solution to the problem we face in our locality.
