MCD — Complaint against illegal construction in Rohini

Dear Sir/Madum,

I want to register complaint against resident of B-714 Avantika sec-1 rohini, New Delhi.

They have constructed their house illegaly. At the time when they were constructing their house we have also written to MCD but no response receive from them. They have constructed their rooms, kitchen and stairs outside their area illlegally on varamda (square which is common for all 6 residents in that square). They have taken more than 6 feet in the varamda. Not even that they have also taken 4 feet extra space on the road site and preventing smooth movement of traffic..Even after taking so much space from common varamda (square which is common for all 6 resident) they keep their car, bike n scooter in the square blocking the complete way for the people who are leaving in that square. Whenever any resident say something to them, they show their power and start quarreling. because of that no one dare to say anything to them.

My humble request to the MCD please look in to this matter and demolise this unathorised construction as soon as possible so that rest of the residents can get atleast some space to move and can sleep tension free.

Society has been inspected and it is noticed that in File No. 256 renovation work is being carried out. In file No. 252 the owner is carrying out renovation work and has extended balcony.The rear site at IInd Floor achieve will be initiated shortly against the extended balcony.

Dear Madam/Sir,

Our area in Rohini is G-23. There are one Block of 09 Houses from H.No.188 to 196. Besdies above the owner of H.No.188 and H.No.195-196 and H.No.192 have covered almost 70% of the total Block for making Thada and Jungalas and there the residents of the said Block are facing very much problems towards going to their own house.

Several complaints have been registered so far in MCD Rohini, but so far no action has been initiated by the concerned authorities. Even online complaint has been registered.

You are requested kindly to look into the matter to demolish the unauthorized consturction and oblige.

This is to bring your kind notice that all kitchen garden of our square house no. 151 to 164 has been alrady demolished. All residents have co. oprate. Now floor (tile) is under construction in our square and the owner of plot no.151 (GF) in our pocket has constructed a toilet on goverment land because of which other residents of the area are facing many problems. The matter has been reported to the J.E (NMCD) Shree Prakash Meena, but to no avail, instead we are being threatened. We have reported the nearest Police Station North West Rohini vide DD no 32 B dated 23/10/12.
We request you to kindly do the needful and help in maintaining peace, cleanliness, harmony among the residents. Avaiting your early and speedy response.

Respected sir, Mr Mahender Chaudhary, property dealer ( doing Govt job also) running dealership OFFICE by the name ' Drall Property" increased his plastic covered roo[censored]p to 10 feet which is the hindrance also for road .His address is B-5/50, GROUND FLOOR, SECTOR-17, ROHINI, ND-110089.In the whole colony this the only black spot on your decent project. This time its easy for you to remove it rather than he would construct it in other mode( cemented). Before mailing PMO office we believe to proceed step by step. This mail would proof for us to proceed in court also.
