[Resolved]  MDLR Airlines — non refund of ticket of cancelled flight

i have booked ticket from MDLR via credit card for 19th of November 2009. The flight was cancelled But the same was not informed. When i called to mDLR call centre in November first week , as i have to book one more ticket for Delhi to Ranchi, i was informed that the flight is cancelled. I asked call centre executives that why the same was not informed, they replied that we have messaged all the passengers but i didnt receive any message from MDLR Airlines. My wife has to travel from Bhopal to Delhi to board the flight. If i have not called up for another ticket i would have never been known that the flight is cancelled.

Then i asked that the ticket would have been automatically cancelled, they said for cancellation the customer need to call call centre. If the flight has been cancelled , then the ticket should have been automatically been cancelled. Then i make a request to cancel the ticket. The executive confirmed that the ticket is cancelled and the refund will be made within 10 working days. The ticket is cancelled in First week on november.
Then when the refund is not received in 20 days, i again called call centre for the status. The executive said that the refund is not processed due to problem in the process payment and the same is solved and will be done within a week.

Then again i called after 15 days, they said the request for refund is not made and now they have made a request and the same will be done within 10 working days.

Then after 15 days i again called as i have not received the refund, they said that there is some problem in crediting amount in HDFC Credit card and pls send the scanned documents o[censored]rs and passenger to make the payment through cheque

I have also send the scanned docs but still my refund is pending

MDLR Airlines — flight cancelled ticket refund not given

I had booked 2 tickets online with PNR Nos: 0M0IKX and 0M0IL0 on 19 Sept 2009 for travelling from Delhi to Jamshedpur on 18th Dec 2009. In November, I received a message on my mobile that the tickets were cancelled. All attempts to contact the various MDLR airlines telephone numbers failed and also the mails failed to be delivered.
The credit card used for the purchase was later refunded only for the ticket PNR No: 0M0IL0 (Rs 5779) whereas the refund against the ticket PNR No: 0M0IKX (Rs 9558) has not been credited till date. This is extremely disappointing and amounts to daylight robbery.

Please help in getting the refund.

MDLR Airlines — regarding refund

On 17th August 2009, i had a flight from Ranchi to Delhi with PNR No. 00258U.
Due to late arrival of mine, i missed the flight and i got a no show status at the Ranchi Airport. In that no show status it was mentioned that only PSF charge will be refundable which was 229/- rs .
I asked customer care executives named Swatima , Jurnail, Alka and others several times for the refund and every time they said that the money will be reflected in my credit card.
But till today no money has been refunded. The question is not about the refund of just 229/- rs. but the main concern is that why they don't honour their written or verbal words.

Pleae take a due action so that i will get the refund.
