[Resolved] Mediassist Tcs — Claim Settlement | |||
I had raised two domiciliary claims on mediassist tcs portal on 5th and 6th may 2012 for total amount of Rs 5000/- . But till yet claims have not been settled. Its been around 4 months since i raised my claims. I even had contacted them and e mailed them thousand times to ask the status of my claims but they didn't provide any update. I requested them several times to settle these claims as these amount of money are very crutial to me as i am undergoing through Financial Crisis situation. But nothing happened. My domiciliary claim for the amount of more than 5000/- has been denied by Mediassist.I am not sure why they have denied it.The claim pertains to the gynecological checks of my wife during pregnancy.
Nowhere it is written that these pregnancy related checkups does not come under domiciliary.

I have few claims pending from Feb 2012 and still not settled. Total amount is around 2000 and Mediassist are not responding to mails or calls. Not sure what to do.. is anybody can help?
