[Resolved] mediclaim policy — reimbursement of medical expenses | |||
Insured person have mediclaim policy 200800/10/4/6/00000024 and was under operation on[protected]. IP submit details on[protected] to insurer company. TPA raised an objection under sec. 7 of the policy which was ractified by the insurer company as per insurer statement. But reimburse has not been made so far on the same ground of TPA objection. But till date I have not received my payment. When I approached Emeditek, they informed me that they have not received any funds from national insurance co. In turn I have contacted National insurance co., they informed the funds are released during third or last week of April. As a retired employee that too we are leading our life without pension. As I spend huge amount, I have not received my reimbursement in time. As a result I am facing mental agony. I hope you solve my problem. My min no 8206181.
