[Resolved]  mediclaim policy — policy document not received

my client has taken mediclaim policy through india infoline on[protected].payment is allready cleared from the bank.now my client is asking me recipt, but i am not having recipt.and india infoline people are now asking for clients cheque no .
i am giving service to my client for reliance general insurance but india infoline is not doing well.
i want that my client should get the policy in hand before 1.00 p.m on[protected].
