reimbursement of medical expenses

Insured person have mediclaim policy 200800/10/4/6/00000024 and was under operation on[protected]. IP submit details on[protected] to insurer company. TPA raised an objection under sec. 7 of the policy which was ractified by the insurer company as per insurer statement. But reimburse has not been made so far on the same ground of TPA objection. Regularly in touch with insurer company who is unablw to answer. Please look into the matter....

REFUSE TO PAY CLAIM,NO HEARING BY IRDA,CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL,INS OMBUDSMAN,CRIME BRANCH ETC

there are many type of sayings about consumer rights and their economic securities in our india.indian govt also spent lot of money to establish consumer foarms,consumer grivance redressal cell,irda etc.but sharp truth is that consumer is not getting any advantage from these foarms.i think so that these foarms are only for cruppt and cheater companies.
i had purchased a mediclaim policy from united india ins co through INSTANT HEALTHCARE...

policy document not received

my client has taken mediclaim policy through india infoline on[protected].payment is allready cleared from the bank.now my client is asking me recipt, but i am not having recipt.and india infoline people are now asking for clients cheque no .
i am giving service to my client for reliance general insurance but india infoline is not doing well.
i want that my client should get the policy in hand before 1.00 p.m on[protected].br...

non receipt of id cards

i have mediclaim policies since long back. now presently i have taken two policies bearing Nos620602/34/08/00000279 and 620602/34/08/11/0000254. i have not yet received id cards. i reminded many time to the br manager of bhimavaram. so far not yet received where as other companies are issued so earlier. what is the delay. i alreday lodged a complient one month back reply not yet received....

Non compliance of ombudsman order & non receipt of balance claim amount.

I had a claim of Rs.75450/- against my Policy no[protected].Out of that amount I have recived onlyRs29002/- & against which i lodged complin with ombudsman at Bhubaneswar.Hon. ombudsman has ordered on 17/03/2009 to pay me my balance claim amount by 17/04/09.But till date I could not get that amount.Again I conveyed the non receipt of payment to Hon.ombudsman & headvised me to intimate my new address to Reliance general insurance...
