[Resolved] Megacab Service Mumbai — Unreliability | |||
I had booked Mega Cab on 16.04.2012 for a pick-up from Dombivali East to Mumbai Central Station for which I received a confirmation SMS I received a call from Mega Cabs Call Centre that they had a vehicle breakdown and will not be sending me the car. I was shocked that at this last minute I will not be able to get any taxi or car and will miss my train . I asked for the Manager which they refused to give . Luckily I managed to get a cab from Meru Cabs and was able to reach the station on time. This type o[censored]nreliable and unprofessional service is totally unacceptable and it spoils the image of India with the international community. I would strongly request that RTA should take strict action aganist this company and cancel their licence. Mega Cabs Mumbai — Unreliable Service
I had booked Mega Cab on 1st May 2011 for a pick-up from Kandivali(w) to International Airport for 3rd May at 1230hrs for which I received a confirmation SMS (Ref No.422). At 1200hrs I received a call from Mega Cabs Call Centre that they had a vehicle breakdown and will not be sending me the car. I was shocked that at this last minute I will not be able to get any taxi or car and will miss my international flight which would have resulted in my late reporting to my job. I asked for the Manager which they refused to give and assured me that he will call me back in 10mins which he never did. Luckily I managed to get a cab from Meru Cabs and was able to reach the airport on time. This type o[censored]nreliable and unprofessional service is totally unacceptable and it spoils the image of India with the international community. I would strongly request that RTA should take strict action aganist this company and cancel their licence. Moreover with my experience I would not recommend anybody to take their services which is very poor and unreliable.
