Hi.. This is anand, from bangalore.. Today i was coming from office to bommahalli. At roopena agrahara bus stop the mega cabs (Airport cab) driver was driving his car ka 50a1585 rashly and came in reverse (Back) and hitter my vehicle front side. When i asked him to stop his car, he ran away. When i overtaken and asking he is scolding.
I want to register complaint on this and looking for immediate assistance.

    I booked mega cab a week back for 8hrs/80 km. It was an AC innova and they had charged me 10% of the total on booking. The whole day of October 1st, I kept calling for the driver details and they said they will call me back with that, of course no one did. At last, at 11 pm at night they just simply said cab is not assigned. Naseem, the guy on phone with their customer care is horrible nasty and a big time liar. The mega cabs just cheat customers, take their money and never send the cab or the refund. Very disappointed, shall never book with them again. Shame..!!!

      I used Mega Cabs on 12th July, 2019 for my travel from T3, Delhi Airport to Mayur Vihar.

      For my official claims, I requested them (through email, Chat on web and customer care call centre ) to send an invoice to my email but there is absolutely no action on it so far.

      In the digital age where you get such things instantly their CC staff is making vague excuses like system not running, this is handled by different department etc each time i call them up to follow up on my request. Absolutely nonsense service

      I travelled on 6th morning from Delhi airport to Residence and made the payment by cash . Driver refused to provide invoice .
      I called every day to Mega cab toll free but they are also not providing .
      Why I need to follow up and made request every day for the invoice for which I made the payment 3 days back .

        At 4am on 3rd september, 2019, my brother in law, a took a mega cabs from cambridge layout to kempegowda international airport. The booking number was bnw[protected]; the driver's name was swamy mr and the car number was ka-35-b-7480.

        The journey took 53 minutes during which a observed that he almost fell asleep at the wheel several times. At completion of journey, a paid the driver in full cash: rs 900 which included toll tax of rs 90. He also tipped him extra rs50.

        I then received a call from both the driver and mega cabs today on september 4th at 4pm, alleging that a did not pay the driver. I was absolutely sure that a had paid but confirmed with him nonetheless. A was aghast that he was being accused of non-payment. When i conveyed it to the driver, he rudely told me that with this amount of money, it is not as if i will build a building or something. The customer care then contacted me, alleging the same: the passenger had not paid the driver and despite my repeated assurances, insisted on asking for the passenger's mobile number when in fact the booking was done in my name. (Please note: this is not the first time i have used the mega cabs service, i have done so many times and never once faced a situation like this before).

        My grievance is that a) mega cabs should have a much more efficient and transparent system to track my payment. When i shared the invoice with the customer care person, he claimed that it was automatically generated and still insisted that the passenger had not paid. The driver in turn is claiming that the reason he did not take payment was because he thought the passenger had paid via online. How could he not be aware that he had to collect the payment in cash as opposed already being paid online? That itself shows that he's lying. Also, how did it occur to him to complain 1.5 days after the trip that no payment was given? Is there ever a situation in which a complaint about a non-payment for a product and service happens after such a delayed amount of time? That too indicates the driver's complicity and lying.

        How do we resolve this matter? We will not tolerate this slight on our integrity when it is clearly evident that the driver is lying and that mega cabs has a thoroughly inefficient way of tracking and confirming payments.

          I took mega cabs from airport to sarjapura (Taxi#ka 50 a 1580) with the impression that they are better supervised and controlled. Instead of 60 km max he given a bill for 75 kilometer. He rode through budigere route and reached nh75 route. Instead of taking a right to whitefield route he clearly rode straight thru hoskote route and given me the impression that hoskote route is just 2 km more than whitefield route. When i reached home i was given a bill of rs 1807 for 75 kilometer and 90 (Included in the 1807) for toll charge.
          I was so tired on that day he took full advantage of that and took a far ride to inflate the bill. While going to airport i was charged only 1350.
          This is clear case of cheating.
          What kind of security are you assuring to the passengers. If the driver can take a route of his choice, anything is possible and there is no safety and on top money loss as well.

          I did not expect any kind of action when I posted my grievance. I like to share that Mega team called me and assured that they had taken action on the chauffeur and arranged for the reversal of excess fund. This is really very pro active approach and I thank Mega Cab team for taking the concern in a very serious manner.

            This cab driver at igi t 3 is too rude, after taking a prepaid slip from t 3 i was assigned this cab to go to rajnanagar extension. When i approached this cab, the driver was unwilling to go upon my insistence to start the cab he behaved miserably with me. He stared furiously at me, as if i will be attacked midway if i further insist to go.
            Therefore i requested a cab change and took another cab.
            Please look into it and train your drivers soft skills. We passengers are paying higher rate just for services, safety and comfort and any such behaviour is intolerable.

                Your can driver, mr. Sharanappa driving vehicle number ka33a 6810, white maruti swift dezire continued to give excuses of not providing me with a metered bill on 30th of may 2019 when i was picked up from the airport. He kept saying that he will give a superset voucher and that his device is not working for him to be able to generate a valid receipt. All of this happened once i boarded the cab and after he had moved away from the pick up area. When i insisted i need receipt or else drop me back to the pick up counter at the airport he kept delaying the ride back and then suddenly when we were almost back nearing the pick up counter his device miraculously started working and he pleaded that i continue with the trip. While i continued with the trip so that i avoid wasting more of my time i would like to report this unprofessional conduct of your driver and would expect you to take strict action against him. Please let me know what is the action taken.

                      I ordered a refrigerator and i paid them in advance. It was promised me that this order will be delivered within 4 days after the documents will be verified but the documents are yet pending. They haven't done that, also they dont pick working customer care number. I am calling them from 30 min, i can't even cancel the order. There is no other way to get my hard earned money back

                        I am ganesh, booking done in the name of mr. Arun,

                        I booked out station on saturday dt:23/4/2019 to have tour on 24th from noida to mathura & to agra,
                        When i discussed with your customer care executive they said tarrif of rs.3560/- for trip including gst +other driver charges.
                        Please find attached

                        We difficulties we found during trip,
                        1. Driver is not cooperative, no knowledge on road, right from start in petrol bunk he stopped around one & half hours in petrol bunk only.
                        2. No proper communication,
                        3. Driver charged extra 250rs even we reached back before 9pm, & also taken extra tax rs.650.

                        First we had very bad experience with megha cab,

                        Kindly return the extra amount taken by the driver,

                        I given complaint to your customer care, they said we have to send a mail in this case.

                          I had travelled from t3 terminal to radio colony on 11th january 2019 at 9.30 pm,
                          The desk had taken my mobile number and given me a coupon which i gave it to the driver.
                          He said that the details will come as a message or email. I had paid in cash. Till now i havent received any invoice. I need to submit it. I have already spoken to the customer support. She said it will take 72 hours. Waiting for a speedy disposal.

                            Please note that i (Mob no-[protected]) have booked the megacab on 13dec2018..
                            Due to magacab brand name i have booked the megacab well before, so that i am sure that megacab must be provide the service, accordingly i was agreed to pay much more than other another service provider.
                            Please also note that megacab provide me the details of car no wb051752 and driver name meghdeep dey mob no [protected].
                            After some time i have informed from your office that the ride was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.
                            I request your representative that the my ride is emergency but yr representative canceled the ride.
                            As a result i unable to to reach the station timely and the train was left.
                            As a result i have incurred monetary loss inr 10000/ plus tension.
                            Please take necessary action and arrange make up the loss.
                            Please also note that the matter is very urgent and i can wait 7 days, if i do not receive any positive response from yr end i will escalate the matter to higher authority.

                              Have sent a detailed mail to the customer support regarding the delay in the arrival of driver to drop at airport, to which the mega cab services feel great about being dropped at the mentioned location with a delay of40 min. They say they cannot compensate and can proceed to complain to whomsoever.. The service was provided... Time needn't be bothered as they don't feel so. Delayed arrival, no message from megacabs seems to be their pattern and unique style of working, only to cause inconvenience.

                                How we get cheated by mega cabs

                                Just wanted to share how we get cheated by mega cabs when we travel short distance, i stay close to international airport, terminal 3 (T3) of delhi in a place called vasant kunj. I travel very frequently and my bill earlier from t3 to my house was anywhere between inr 365-380 inclusive of all taxes but very recently what these guys of mega taxi have done they have purposely feeded in their app a longer route and shooted up the fare to inr 555 -581. The distance between t3 to the place where i stay is 10.9 km and mega taxis app shows 17.60 km

                                  On 9th of august 2018 i hired a cab from igi delhi t3 airport to south city 2 gurgaon around 10 o'clock night.

                                  I need bill copy for that ride.

                                  This is not a complaint. I am not getting your executive either toll free no. It's saying busy please call later.

                                      I was driving back from bengaluru airport at about 00:30 onboard a mega cab #5980 driven by aruna kumar.
                                      At the toll gate the driver asked me to pay up. The toll fee was rs 85, while he took rs 100 from me.
                                      I queried if the said amount would be deducted from the invoice (As there was no record of the cash payment made by me). On this query, the driver in a very crude manner told me that if the bill includes the amount it would be refunded, else it would not. I further questioned him as to how was it possible for different invoice formats to be produced, on this the driver became aggressive and intimidating by shouting in the cab and challenging if i was educated enough.
                                      I called customer care while onboard the taxi and queried if it was standard practice to demand the toll fee from a customer without any validation of the same. The customer care rep instructed the driver to deduct the toll fee from the invoice amount, however the driver continued his same story and would simply not relent, rather this took his aggression to another level.
                                      At this time i was discussing with my wife the need to report this behaviour to the police. The audacious driver butted in by saying that he will drive me straight to the police station as he wouldn't want to be disturbed the next day.
                                      Needless to say on arriving at the destination, the driver like a bouncer, stood at the car's boot without helping with the luggage. Another call to the customer care helped me reduce the rs 100 from the invoice amount.
                                      The cab aggregator needs to respond to the following:
                                      1. Why this practice of demanding toll fee at the toll gate, midway through the ride which is an unrecorded transaction.
                                      2. The fact that the driver kept insisting that if the bill includes the amount only then would it be adjusted. This was without doubt an effort made to earn a few extra bucks by attempting to hoodwink the customer.
                                      3. Action taken against the driver for intimidating behaviour not only on me insisting on professional conduct, but also the driver's denial to follow the instructions of the company representative.
                                      4. Despite the entire episode of having to put up with an unruly and intimidating behaviour by the driver i had to pay the whole amount.
                                      5. What responsibility does the company take when the assured ride goes awry due to such audacious behaviour by drivers and still expects the customer to pay up in full.
                                      6. Why does the company not educate customers by virtue of notices within the vehicle to only pay on completion of the trip. Drivers utilise this loophole to extort money from customers who really do not have a choice.
                                      7. Especially for airport areas, a placard displaying conditions for payment should be put up conspicuously. Also, the company rep must assist customers with payment conditions before boarding the cab.
                                      The company must be aware that certain unethical operators on the field will find ways to momentarily benefit by cheating/intimidation. Strict instructions and penalties must be instituted to act as a deterrent to such errant drivers.
                                      The company needs to own up and take responsibility of the safety and travel of their customers. I request that the matter be dealt with at an appropriate level and communicated. A complaint has been lodged with the call centre
