metro — Roadblock at Andheri
Respected Sirs/Madams,I had gone to have tea at Hotel Prasadam outside Andheri East Railway Station. At the very entrance of the restaurant there is cement paste on the road, on which I slipped and fell down.
It is very disheartening that the civic authorities are not concerned about the safety of Aam Aadmi.
The roads at Andheri East and West are completely blocked by Metro work in progress and the footpaths are also blocked by hawkers. There is a mega road block at Chakala and on the road towards Pinky Theatre, which is causing tremendous traffic jams during office hours in the morning and evening.
There are no proper bus stops and the people have no place to walk. I feel that the authorities instead of only taking notes should also do something concrete to ease the problem of the people.
I also feel that the politicians instead of going on with their banner-blitz for votes should educate the people and create awareness of hygenic living and also take criminal action against food adulterators, booze traffickers and hawkers.

metro — Unabashed entry of Men in ladies compartment. Delhi Metro
Dear Sir,This is to highlight that despite of having a separate compartment for ladies, men continue to board ladies compartment on pretext of off-boarding on next station or going past to mens compartment, any protest from lady passengers goes unaddressed, request having satellite helpline phones/ DMRC security nos. displayed specially in ladies compartment to tackle this. A partition to separate compartments will tackle overflow problems. Will request this redressed on priority to make metro safe for lady passengers.

metro — extra amount for ISD call
I have received my bill for the period of 26-Feb[protected]Mar-2009 and saw that a amount of 1080 is add in my bill for ISD call on this ( [protected]) number on dated 10.03.09. But i did not make any ISD calls during above mention bill period.Please reduse this amount from my bill.
