even i have not received my refund!!...

how can we go about getting our refunds?...
why isnt there any info shared abt the refund?...

if anyone gets info about refund, please do share that info...

I had apply for the Mhada Housing for Shilendra Nagar (Dahisar).My Application No is 172150, I have't receive the refund amount, Please confirm me the same, whether you send the cheque or not on my residential address.

Dear Sir,

I had participated in MHADA's 2009 scheme for 2 locations. As per Mhada requirement I had deposited Security Deposit of Rs. 15, 000 /- in each scheme i.e. total Rs. 30, 000/-. My form Nos. are 035699 & 195382. My name & no. was not appeared in winners list and also I haven't received my deposit money/refund till today. There is no helpline available in Mhada to enquire about the refund status, neither they have given any instructions in their scheme booklet, if such a situation arises. Few of my friends & relatives have received money back but many have same problem as I had. Request you to please do the needful and help consumers like me.

I have also not received refund yet ..application form numner 087370...Scheme 211. Rs. 25000.

I had even applied for mhada flat @ shastrinagar goregaon west on 20jan 2009 and no flat was alloted to me or my application money was refunded .My application number is 043992 and code no 226 category general.Please help me.

i have got the cheque.. i guess its just that they are taking too much time to return the money...

the cheque that i got was dated 22 may 2009... so its just the dispatching thta is the problem..

one of my friends who lives in andheri got his cheque 20 days ago.. so i guess - farther the ared from bandra the later u get your amount...

I had applied for Mhada Housing For Knnamvar, Vikhroli (E). My Application No. 432325 & Code No. 200 and I would like to inform you that I have yet not received my deposit of Rs.15, 000/-. Kindly let me know when I will received my deposit return or where you have send the cheque.

In short I want to know what is position of my S.deposit / payment.

Even i have not received the security deposit of Rs. 50 k towards application no 021262 for sion scheme and my HDFC receipt no is 221884 whereas my sister got cheque by post in last week. We have written same address still they have not yet refunded me my money.

I agree, add me to the list of people who have still not received their refund. My application Number is 535267. Its been more than a month that the results are declared and still there are no signs of refund.

Also there is no source or way to find out what is the status of the refund. Could anyone please help..

Whether MHADA will be returning this money with interest or if not
then why it has been not received as those who have applied with deposit of Rs.50, 000/-
