[Resolved]  Mhada Housing Refund — Refund not received yet for Form No. 007519

Respected sir, i had applied for mhada flats for the location of Sion and vikroli . My application no is 179074 & 749447 the HDFC token nos are 467212 & 467211. and paid Rs. 25000 x 2 = 50000 . The mhada is delaying the refund procedure. There is no helpdesk no where we can contact as well as no authority is giving any reply or suggestions regarding the section who is undertaking this work. 7 lakhs applicants money is used by the authority without interest. The mhada must be penalised for such acts and penal interest @24 % should be paid to the delayed payment after the cutoff date on 31st May09.

From friends and sources I came to know that MHADA's security deposits refund is provided by Bluedart courier services.

I shifted to another home from the address which I have provided to MHADA.

Anyone can help me by telling the procedure to get my Cheque.

I do not understand why no action has yet been taken agaist MHADA, HDFC Bank and Blue Dart courier for delaying and playing with public trust.
Ultimate sufferer is going to be public who has applied for the flats. It make us feel that should we trust on service provided by the above organisation.

I had applied for a couple of flats in the may 2009 lottery scheme of flats in mhada. till date i have not recieved the refund of application money i had paid. i had applied for 2 schemes, 50000x2= rs.1, 00, 000. pls inform me what step need to be taken, as all of my friends have recieved my application money.

MHADA Pay Order — MHADA Pay Order Error

I have received a refund pay order [957329] against my application No. 644805. The speling is wrongly printed on the cheque as Jignesh Dileep Bhat. My correct spelling is Jignesh Dilip Bhatt.

Please re-issue the cheque

Even i am one among those citizen of india, who had applied for Mhada Housing and still i havent recd my application money - for rs.15000/-

Kindly let us know whom we need to contact as the act done by MHADA is really a bad part on them.
I shall never apply hence forth as it is 6 mnth the money is been used by them and we are not been given any information.

My application no is 656685 and 656686 and I have paid 25000 each as a deposit which aggregates to 50000. But I have not yet received any refund or communication from mhada after the lottery.

MHADA authorities can at least make a statement in news papers if it is taking time on their part. OR else they can provide a helpdek wherein we can have the status of the deposit refund. due to this there is lots of confusion.

Can concerned authorities kindly look into the same.

I had applied for MHADA housing scheme for Sahakar Nagar, Chembur and Pratiksh Nagar, Sion vide application number 643370 and 643371 respectively. I have received the refund cheque for appication number 643370, but I have not received the refund cheque for application number 643371 (HDFC Bank Deposit no 307027) till date.
Also there is no provision in Mahada website where we can lodge a complaint about the same.

Mhada must update detailed information on their website and should declare enquiry Nos. for their applicants
