[Resolved] Micromax 353g — NO RESPONSE & USELESS PRODUCT | |||
I have purchase a modem 353G sl no.[protected] from ankit sale asansol on 08/02/2012. on 14/02/2012 it has stopped working on showing micromax check point they said that it will be replace with a new one and it will take minimum 10 days. after requesting in ankit sale they give me a new modem 353G sl no.[protected] on 16/02/2012. this new modem has stopped working on24/02/2012. on 25th feb it is deposited in micromax check point , check point representative has given a modem receive signature on the xerox of bill,and no job sheet no or slip given by them and assure that with in 7 days it will be replaced , on 05th march on asking in check point they are saying that ask me on office phone before coming your modem is not replaced till now it will take another 10 days. think about this that a new modem with in month on using only 10 - 12 days it has replaced two time Then how much time will be in a year . in 365 days it willbe 250 days on micromax service center and rest of days on my use . is it the quality of good product & good service. ur office opening on 11 am daily if any one want come ur service center the whole day planning will be destroy.
