To the consumer court... I'hv bought a Micromax X511 Mobile phone in March but within One week it started getting lot of problems like... memory does'nt work, display automatically goes off, video works only 10-15 seconds where the memory card is One GB. within a month I been three time to service centre but they said we can change its mother board but I don't want my cell to be opened. so I request them to provide me a SAME NEW SET (SAME). Finally they are ready to provide me a new set but there should be all the accessories even the outer paper box also that I don't have anymore. Please tell me what should I do? I am providing them Charger, Earplug,
Date Cable, the 2 books I got with the cell when I purchased it except the outer cover. Please help me otherwise Im gonna lost my 7480 Rupees that is the cost of cell I'hv paid

    mobile phone not working properly

    I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
    Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court....

    My Airtel Data Card (Modem ) No. [protected]

    I have application given to Airtel Head Office, Coimbatore, TamilNadu for Post paid plan to prepaid plan changing and 1number new sim received for above number ( POST PAID TO PREPAID PLAN ).
    After plan change & prepaid recharge, Airtel modem was not connected.
    Please kindly solve this problem.

    i purchased micromax A60 10 months ago. i had to give it for service 4 times in ur micromax centre and a month back again i had given for service, within 5 days my touch screen isnt working. when i went back to them, they told me touch screen is 1200 Rs to get replaced and told me tat touch screen wnt work until you replace it.
    can someone from micromax help me out.
    or else tell me where to complain regarding this
    my micromax a106 of kitkat version before 9 months back i took it nw i updated my phone to lollipop version .nw in my phone recovery mode is nt coming wat to doooo

      My name is Mayuri and i have been airtel's customer since 16th August 2008. I happened to purchase the Airtel USB Micromax (thinking to be the best service provider) on the same day. This was however, activated on 19th August.


      Since the time of activation, I have been unable to use this internet connection at my convenience. Its terribly slow (since day one). To access yahoo mail or gmail, it takes about one hour to get to that inbox page. The download speed is about 1kpbs and normal access speed is about 8 kbps, sometimes lesser than this too or doesn't connect at all. I have infact registered a complaint against the same on 21st August. I was promised that the issue would be resolved in 24hours. But Airtel failed to fix so, nor i received any call about the updates. Later the following week, I again called the customer care and was told that the issue will be resolved in 10 days, due to some of surveys that had to performed in the area where I reside. The issue was still not resolved after 10 days nor I received any follow up/update calls. I again called the customer care and spoke to few of the agents who advised me to call the engineering team in Bangalore. When I called the engineering team I was again routed to the customer care department, then again to the sales department and round and round. Then I finally decided to escalate the call and spoke to one of the Team Leaders at your center (in Delhi), he promised a call back in 2 hours. Unfortunately it was 5 days, and I didn't receive any calls from Airtel.

      On 8th of September (hoping the issue to be fixed, I was off from my work on this day) I visited the Airtel showroom in Bangalore with my laptop and the data card. The issue was temporarily fixed by agent name Chetan. He very well informed me that the issue is yet to be fixed and would call me back in 2 hours. I was again disappointed after waiting for his call for more that 7 hours (as the connection or the repair didn't work, had to face the same issue). I called the customer care department, hoping for the solution (even after going through so many frustrations and misleads). I spoke to a manager by name DAYA in Delhi, he replied that there is no proper network coverage and promised a call back for permanent resolution in one hours time. He too failed in calling or updating the status. Later, I happened to call back the same customer care and I was again promised a call back on 9th September morning. Its 1PM and have not received any calls. Infact out of frustrations, I again called the customer care and got an answer of the issue being escalated.

      I do not have any more hopes that my issue about the data card would be fixed. Its almost a month and have not been able to use the card anytime, anyday. Its high time that I decided to escalate the issue to you, not hoping for a fix, but I need a REFUND. I have wasted enough of time, loads of pending work and money, which is not worth it. I request you to look into the issue immediately and provide me the refund of the whole amount. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

And I[censored] have micromax data card u can also take the micromax dealer no from airtel. and Even i am using Micromax the promise speed was 236 and download speed was 50 to 60 Kbps . But i am just getting 8 kbps everyware. I think there is some prob with data card so call the above no and ask for the vendor no from them.

      Even i had same kind of misserable experience from last one year. AIRTEL USB DATA CARD IS USE LESS. EVEN THEIR TEAM ALSO WORST . INSTEAD OF SO MANY REMINDERS ALSO NO USE.

      I do have similar kind of complaint like Mayuri. I have purchased Micromax USB data card and could use it only for couple of hours. After that i started getting the error #619 and since then i could not connect to the network.

      Everytime i call airtel customer care, they were giving one or the other number and i called all of them but left with the same problem.

      Also the data transfer speed pathetic. I was getting maximum 10 kb and sometimes it was 0 or 1kb also. Most of the time, i was getting time out error. So horrible is this Airtel and their customer service.

      This bloody AIRTEL Data Card sucks, It gives me 9 kbps speed even at night 2 o' clock wen nobody is surfing in a city like MUMBAI, and also 1 kbps downloading speed, its like living in anicient period, or running a bullock cart, I m looking fsorward if i can use some other company's or say vodafone or idea or tata sim card in this micromax data card if at all they haven't blocked it for using it with other service provider, has anybody tried ? or does anybody know???
      you people are lucky enough that atleast somebody at customer care is picking up you phone. I am another user from bihar experiencing the same problem (error code 619) while connecting in roaming. The bloody customer care execatives, if connected by the grece of god, don't pickup the phone even.

      This is Umesh Kumar from New Delhi...Today is having an error message 619 while connecting data card of airtel...as far as my knowledge is concerned, this is the issue of payment..but i wanna confirm me from someone else, ...pls help someone.
      the complete airtel team is a bundle and a dam fraud.
      we all customers are just been done fool by them.
      they are worthless and I must say that they sud not even open a communication organizzation.

      how can they do this to their customer.
      each customer can't have patience like you.
      micromax airtel 3g provides the worst service...my no. is [protected]...it shows NO service every day after a period of time for 15-20 mins...9-10 times a day...when u call up customer care...they say that the service is active only...device is fine...actually this is the airtel problem only...and they dont even activated 7070 airtel data card...i had complained a month and a half before...so cant even get in touch with them...have compalined again to airtel that the no. is not activated...dont know when wl it b activated...but the net service is for sure PATHETICALLY BAD...
      Airtel is a 1st order fraud organization, which is making money out of its customer, out of their ignorance regarding their performance towards their clients and more to it people due to lack of time, are unable to drag these frauds to the consumer courts even.

      i purchased a micromax usb modem from air tel office gandhi maidan. i reached home and when i connected it to my laptop it stated to flactuating. some times is remains connected asd after a few second it become disconnected. when i reached to air tel office they returned me saying that this usb is working properly.
      agai it vexd me too much and now it stopped working properly.i wandered many times to customer care to returned me 8 times no any solution is given. a officer named by

      Airtel Micromax Mmx 300g — Not Working

      My micromax data card is not working since purchase, one time checked by service engineer on 6/9/10 & reported system problm. i am working with another datacard with same model & same company from last 2 months without any problem. i had talked many times with micromax customer care but no action has been taken till date, Please help.

      I am currently residing in India where I bought a Micromax 200G datacard to use with the AirTel network. My SIM card is activated for unlimited internet usage, but when I insert the card into my USB port, the Micromax program "MMX200G Netwarrior Manager" will recognize the device, begin "searching networks" and then the program will quit. Switching the datacard does not help.
