I have my micromax Q5 which is lying in service center for last 4 months. The service center name is TECHNOCARE based at New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar. I resubmit my phone thrice and it did not worked even for 1 day when got it back from service center.
They always commit 1 week for resolution but it takes more than a month every time.
Firstly i submitted my phone on 2nd of Dec 2010. They took 24 days to repair but it was not repair at all. It did not work. I resubmitted my phone and got it back after a month. This time it worked for 1 day and again got switched off and never turned on with no display and other error.
Lastly i submitted my phone on 7th of March and still haven't got it back while they confirmed one week for resolution. I visited the service center more than 10 times but still they keep on ignoring request and give fake commitments every time.
I'm really frustrated as CCE also behave carelessly and no-one has yet replied to my complaint number [protected] and gave call back as it was confirmed by CCE.
I am absolutely a betrayed & hopeless customer Micromax and spend more than Rs. 1000 on travel to service center.
I would request you to please look into my request and get my issue resolved as early as possible. My phone needs Motherboard change as none of their troubleshooting steps worked yet. Also I would not accept it if its not changed. If you can’t troubleshoot my phone then kindly provide me a new hand set as my phone is still under warranty.

As telephonic discussed with Micromax Customer Care on 26/04/2011 again they not clear information regarding my handset. They ask wait for 48 hrs more for information your handset. Also on 25/04/2011 Micromax confirmed me that my handset status closed at service center end. When I called service center regarding the same they told Handset not ready because on the bases of your handset complaint they closed the status but still issue pending.
PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS SITUATION.
