[Resolved] Micromax — Battery Problem in recently purchased handset | |||
I recently purchased a Micromax X279 from New cell 4 you sHOP nO 5,Purve Plaza,515/516 ,Sadashiv Peth,Pune -30 on 3rd Nov 2012.The cell and the battery seemed fine when the seeler was showing it to me int he shop and I purchased it.The same day itself when I put the cell for charging a message appeared sayin "Battery over temperature,charger disconnected".I dismissed it as I thought the new cell needed charging and put it for charging.But within a day it is showing the same message and when put for charging its not at all getting charged. The shop is disclaiming all responsibility for selling me a faulty handset.Please guide as to what legal action I can take against the company and the seller.The receipt number is18093.
