I purchased a micro max mobile model no Mmx-x600 [protected],IEMI [protected]ondated 5-9-2010.The charger of this mobile became unstable in charging.sometime it make connection sometime it was unable to make contact.It needed manipulation then it became nonworking.the mobile was shown to authorized service center at Bijnor.The owner of this service center shown reluctance to repair it.andgiven your email adress for contact.I want to emphasize that it was purchased only two month back and it became nonworking during routine use.Therefore i request you to getit repaired without delay. I hope you will act according to reputation of company.
Above complaint was sent to Mr Sudama Rawat an authorized official of Micromax India Ltd looking customer interest in west UP& Uttarakhand. But person is not responding in any way.and i could not find any customer care cell in micro max site on line. I am felling helpless and embarrassed.where to go for my grievances. im vishal from pune when i went to micromax dealer office in pune shivajinagar delear certificate name infinite solution adress pasalkar bhawan i was told that mobile submission is off for 5 days . is it the service your authorised dealer provide us? kindly help me out or change our authorised dealers
