[Resolved] Micromax — REGARDING EXCHANGE OF MOBILE AT SERVICING CENTER | |
Dear micro max, I have purchesed a micromax mobile X250 in Muzaffarpur used only for 20 days approximately and i come to know that battery back is poorest 15 hour standby and 30 min of talk duration. Battery back up is very very very bad performance than what Dealers said. Once fully charged not able to talk even 30 minutes. Also its woofer is irrating it will cause ear problem. Then i went to service center they kept my mobile for almost 25 days and i went several time and asked for my mobile. Then they finally given a mobile which was not mine with broken screen glass and with different IMEI No. When i told regarding the same they just given stupid answer. I got irritated regarding this. what i have to do. I extremely requesting you please give the solution for this what ever from your side. Was this information helpful? | |
