hi my name is maqbool from mumbai. i am extremely sorry to say that ur product q5 mobile handset is the worst handset i have ever seen in my life, it's always at headset mode, key pad is not functioning since the time i bought. its almost 15 days my handset is with ur service center in andheri east. when ever i call them common reply " abhi bana nahi hain, do deen teen din baad check karlo" when i lodged complaint on ur company customer care dept. they gave me complain no. and asked to call them again after 3 days. when i called them 3 days they are saying that, they have forwarded my case to higher level.when i asked him how long it will take to solve my case said. few days, when i insisted him to tell me the exact time he stopped answering me. after 5 minutes when i did't recd. any answere i disconected my line, your product, your service center, and your company customer care has a very bad service. from which i am disappointed.
