Micromax — Problem in Handset and Poor service provided by service center

I have purchased Micromax A60(Andro) in Feb2011. After purchased i didnt found auto-focus function in the handset which is mentioned on the website and as well as on the box provided with handset.
After three month i am facing charging problem in handset. Handset stop and start charging automatically. It took 10-15hr to charge but even after this large time it not charged fully.
My handset faces service center 3 times in 1 month for this charging problem.
1. At first time they return my handset just by reinstalling the software
2. Second time they check the motherboard but problem is not solved
3. Third time they changed my charger but even though i m facing same problem.
