[Resolved] Micromax — Complaint about poor Quality | |||
Hello Sir I am A.Tirumala Raghava I purchased a micromax tab in April 2013 cost of 7250 and they given the warranty of one year. By the month of July it is not working at that time i don't know what the problem with that for not working, on the next day i went to micromax service center and am asked about the device what's the problem they said that there is a software problem come tomorrow we will repair it by next day. On the next day they called to me and said that there is problem with this device we don't know what it is we have to sent it to company, then they asked took IMEI no from me and they filled report send it to company. After one month that is in the month of august when am went to service center they said that in this device tracks are gone so we can't do any thing to device and we won't replace any device. This damage of the device is only because of the poor quality of the device manufactured by this company. Am clearly said that from purchased day it is not affected by water and no physical damages are occurred. This is occurred only because of bad quality. Please accept my report on this micromax mobiles and take action according to my report. Thanking you sir Was this information helpful? | |||
