Micromax — Defective Funbook

I have purchased one Micromax Funbook model P350 on 10/11/2012 vide IMEI No-[protected].Since one month of purchase due to problem in device i have visited 4 times to service centre but every time same problem exists. Now also My device is laying in service centre M/s Techno world, Bhangagarh, Guwahati, Assam since 10 days.But nobody in there is ready to give me the exact time when it will be ready.some bogous SMS are coming stating that your device get ready and u can collect But when we visit your service point they tell that it is not ready and we shall intimate you over phone when it get ready, But not a single time they phoned.Today they tried to return my device without repaired and without any explanation.Now i want company should exchange my defective device with another good one.
