[Resolved] Micromax Funbook Tablet — Warranty Replacement Issue | |||
Have bought New Micromax funbook tablet on 29th May 2012 and as per company description it should have 4 GB internal Hard disk but it was showing only 2 GB Hard disk and after using it for 4 days it got hardware problem that it was working only on charging mode if charger / power discontinue it got switched off in new age of 4 days tablet, and on the right side of the instrument touch screen is also not working properly due to hardware problem Now I dont want to use that repaired tablet, when I asked to the service sales person he told me that we cannot replace your instrument once you bought warrenty is for only 7 days, when there is not my fault then why should I suffer with repaired tablet for which I have paid full value of money, why should I used second / repaired instrument, Please escalate this matter and want to claim for replacement the tablet from micromax company immideatly or advice me how can I submit my complaim to consumer court to proceed further to Micromax Company Was this information helpful? | |||

today i come to know from the service station that it has pcb problem and the hardware cost is around 4 to 5 thousand rupees though once they received they may repair the same, i dont want to use this tablet pls escalate this compain to the MD / Chairman of the Micromax Company
