Micromax — Micromax X500 in warranty & did not solve the problem | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchase my micromax phone from Bhagwati telecom[protected]In gurgaon sector 22 market).after 15 days my phone stop working I went to the Authorised service centre of micromax (Sahil associates in kapasehra border) he gave me the DOA certificate (the certificate for phone replacement on[protected]. I submit all the items to the dealer for mobile replacement. He told me that you will get your new handset on Monday or tuesday[protected]. Till now they have not give me the handset . I have call to their head office also but they didnt solve the problem just wasting my time .Sir, I am facing too much difficulty please help me out as soon as possible. I have purchase my micromax phone from 05.11.10 (IN Mobil Point Baroda) after 2 day Battery don not work 1 full day so i have Authorised service centre of micromax (Ideal Communication) he repar phone after 4 days and install battery backup softweare but this problam cantenew after i have repear my mobil authhoried serivce center person told me this mobile get the Companey repear after 10 days collct me. after 10 days i have receved my mobile but that time not solved my problam so authorised serivce center person use my mobile 10 but not send the companey reper. and he told me after 10 get your mobil repar in ahemdabad companey. so i have rearle very till date 14.12.10 my hand set scerives center not ok condation
