Micromax — service centre delaying to return the mobile phone

My mobile phone company - Micro-max; Model - X360; IMEI 1 - [protected];
IMEI 2 - [protected]. Was given to service center (Mobile house) from 21/04/2011 still not returned till date.
I have also send my same mobile phone to service center (Mobile house) before 1 month with the same problems.
