Micromax — repairing of mobile given to authorised service center

this is about my micromax bling mobile given for repair because its display was giving problem on 13/11/2010 after repeated enquiry about the phone set the same reply is given to me ,that is been sent to jaipur and will be coming soon in 3 to 4 days,and after showing regret about the service they reply that the compony is not co operating with the service center.details of the mobile set is below:
