Micromax — dull service

I bought my handset before 3 or 4 months ago. After some my mobile phone,s(x450) bluetooth headset crashed.then i submitted it in the my local service centre of the micromax(prince communication-naza market,lucknow)..


it is submitted to the date-16/9/11

they said to me that it will be change in next 15 days but total 1 month and 13 days are spend out....
but i did not got any respond....across my service..
please help me soon.....
