Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that i had purchased 1 mobile handset of make MICROMAX A110 which i have handed over my handset to the companies authorized service center (Shop No.3, First Floor, Shirdi Sai complex, kothiwal nagar, budh bazar, moradabad, uttar pradeah-[protected]) 4 month ego. Request no. N[protected]. I have received a massage from you that my device has been processed on 10/09.2013. since than i am contacting the service center regularly to know the status of my handset but so far they have not repaired or replaced my handset nor they are are giving satisfactory reply so i request you to intervene and help me in solving the above matter Thanking You Navneet [protected]

I did not get any response and any call from Team Micromax. I make my query about 3 to 4 times alredy, So please give me a satisfactory reply as soon as possible.
