pls forward my message for head of micromax company
Respected Sir,
I am VinmathiMahesh from chennai out of so many enquiries done in market by me and my husband .We satisfied only with Micro max and gone for Q7 Model with full heart. We were happy with the mobile and very easy to handel. Suddenly one day mobile was hanged. We had given our hand set to service centre in TNagar.Date of purchase : 04/01/2011 job No : 6586 Dated on 16/04/2011. IMEI NO : [protected].Service Centre : DEPRO SYS TECHNOLOGIES, Anadan Street, North Usman Road, Chennai - 600017.People in the service centre was not receiving the phone for response. While gone in person the reply was Please take your mobile we cannnot follow the Micromax company for PCB board. Please do the needful. We do not done service be fore but in the service centre . They were asking for th emobile rate for pcb board replacement.

Micromax Service Point, Faridabad Sector-29 (Cosmos Communication). I was informed the lack of it. Ironically, after few days I was getting with another problem of disfunctioning of Software.
I was visited again Micromax Service Point. I told all the problems and request them to change the Track Ball & make to Software Functioning. They after removing Old Track Ball informed me that the reason of Problem was water droplets in the Phone. But the matter to think is that, am I enemy of my phoneto pouroff in the water ? or Is there Heavy Moisture in the environment at this Time ?
They Told me to Correct the Problem after Taking Money (500/- rupees) for it. Even then Phone is inwarranty period.
Sir, I am an ordinary customer. My Question is whether all other customer’s too are treated like same way. It’s so then I am sorry to say very frankly that they are defaming your name of esteemed Organization. They are not providing services in a proper way to the customer’s as per their requirement. Instead of they desire money may be called it as “BRIBE”.
Once again with optimistic hope, I request you to rectify the problems as stipulated earlier, within warranty period. I really don’t want my self be forced to against your bad services to consumer Court.
