[Resolved] Micromax Mobile — phone sent for repair not returned even after 1 month

I have a Micromax mobile X365,

in which keypad was not working. Unfortunately i have submitted it for repair to Dealer S.K. Enterprises, Last month on date 25-june having Job #[protected].

But despite of vigorous follow up no body is supporting.
Owner as well as employees are not even picking the phone.

I don’t have any exact status of my phone.
I am helpless & can’t purchase new phones every 2-3 months. My phone is still in warranty.

Micromax Mobile — NOT RETURN REPAIR MOBILE

I HAVE PURCHASE MICROMAX Q3 ON 07-09-10.

I HAVE PROBLEM IN KEYPAD OF MY PHONE AND I HAD SUBMIT THIS TO VIJAYPAL TELECOM TO REPAIR AND THIS AUTHORIZED SERVICE PERSON SAID TO ME THAT THIS MOBILE WILL REPAIR IN 7-10 DAYS BUT I HAVE NOT GOT MY MOBILE.
I CALL MORE THAN 100 TIMES TO SERVICE CENTER AND SAME TIMES TO VIJAYPAL TELECOM.
I M VERY DISTURBED BECAUSE MY MOBILE NOT RETURN TILL NOW..
