I had purchased Micro max Mobile on August 2010, with in 3 months it started giving Problem on Touchcreen speed, Shutdown automatically, Heating up issue etc. I went to MicroMax service center on 2nd April 2011 for repairing for above issues and increase of touchscreen speed. They promised to get it ready in 15 days...
one month passed, they not able to repair any of the issues, on May 12th i went to service center & asked my mobile back as it is. After testing i came to know that whatever was working before is not working. Even touchscreen is not working. Possible they removed some Parts of my mobile....Just like me there were around 20 folks who were shouting on them for similar issues.
Now i can't used that mobile as touchcreen is not working...i had spend 4500k on this mobile..Dont what step i should take against the service center.
