[Resolved] Micromax Mobile — They Damaged My Cell

I had sent my Q3 Micromax Phone to their service Centre (Kesar) near Crawford Market Mumbai as the calls hearing sound was very poor. They changed the speaker but made my screen dirty from inside. When I resent it for cleaning, they replaced my front cover with a scratched old cover as they spoilt my new cover while cleaning. The technician accepted that he has put a scratched cover in place of new but expressed his helplessness in the matter. Even after taking up the matter with the Company at Gurgaon, the problem has still not been resolved and my money has gone down the drain.

Micromax Mobile — damage mobile

Dear Sir,
i have purchase 1 micromax CDMA mobile model no. Q5C on dated 13th august 2010 of Rs. 45000/-, but suddenly on dt. 19th june'11 (within10 month) mobile was switched off. i am trying lots of time but mobile not start. so i m sending my mobile in service centre through my delear they keep my mobile 8 days & today 28th of june they told me found "liquid dammage" so no warranty.

on the selling time they told me 1 year full warranty now they deny.......

IME No. A[protected]F087

so sir, i need my mobile in good condition either free servicing or replace

actually mobile price was 4500 (four thousand five hundred) not 45000
