After this also I have contacted the company a number of times through email but no reply except - "We shall shortly contact you".

I deposited my A110 under job sheet number N[protected] on 22 August 2013 as the handset display went blank after the message "LOW ON MEMORY' . The same day I received SMS that job is done and I can collect my device on 23 August. When i visited on 23 I was made to wait for two hours and then informed that device is dysfunctional and will have to be sent to Delhi for repairs and it would take ONE month. I was further told that my battery is also gone. When I asked the service centre staff to note the replacement of battery, they informed that two job works for single phone cannot be entertained.
As the phone has developed major defect within one month I request you to replace the device immediately and explain why it should take ONE month for a device to repair and WHY was i informed that my device is ready q which indicated that there is some hanky- panky at the service centre.
Further to my complaint, strangely without my visiting any micromax service centre, in between, I received a sms on 7 september 2013 that my set is with micromax service centre under job number N[protected] and that they would inform me when the handset is repaired.
I tried to locate where my set is but could not. Moreover more than 19 days have passed to this last communication that I received on 7 September but without any outcome.
Please let me have a replacement handset at the earliest..
