Micromax Mobile / Model Q75 — Service/ warranty service
Dear All,As my Mobile Phone hand set i given service / Complaint on 04 / 08 / 2011 and submitted to Micromax service center and Job sheet No : S[protected], But till the date no responce and my problems not yet solved till Now, there customer service also not giveing proper responce to us....
Then Customer service complaint No is MMX[protected], There also not giveing proper responce...Pls help in this for my problem solveing...

Micromax Mobile - Q75 — service station
My name is Manoj Shah and I am a customer of MicroMax Mobile - Q75. I was facing a problem like trackball was jammed and mobile is showing hands-free mode only. So I went to service station “Shree Ram Mobile, Rajkot” on 20th September, 2011 and complain No. is 2850433. They replied me orally will be return back to you either today evening at 5.30 or tomorrow. So I went again on 21st September, 2011 at 5.45 pm. And I asked my mobile. They replied it’s not done. I asked you told me yesterday I will give you tomorrow. Then he started with some rubbish language and told me if you want take it back you can take it. But it will be not done today any how. So I asked that is your responsibility to tell me at the time of taking mobile from me to inform when you will return back to me. Then he told now I will not returning to you tomorrow also (i.e. 22nd September, 2011) and using bad words like anything. Then he told me look that mobile will be hell for you by the remaining period of warranty. It means if it will be repaired also will be not repaired properly. So I feel the person is absolutely ridicules and not behaves properly with the customers. One of the supportive staff members spoke “galiya” and he told me I will kick you from this place.Note: my mobile is still in warranty period.
