Micromax Mobile — Dead Phone | |||
I had bought a new Micromax mobile in April 2011. This mobile went dead in beginning of September 2011. I gave the same to authorised service center of the Company at Shadi Khampur on 12 sep 11. They could not repair it and on enquiry the next day they said they are sending it to Company and expect to get it back next week and shall inform me by phone. 10 days after that, when I did not get a call I had to go there again and they said they had not received from company and wait for 2-3 more days. Again they did not call. and I went there after 3 days and they offered me a replacement which was all scratchy and in a different color, which I refused to take. Again they said they will replace it in 2-3 days. Luckily this time, they called after 2 days and when I sent somebody to collectr phone, the same old phone in different color was offered, which naturally I refused to take. The owner of the srvice center, this time promised me on the phone to get replacement in next 2-3 days and personally took my contact no. unfortunately it has again been more than 10 days and he has neither called nor picks up his phone when I call him. when I go there personally, the staff shows its helplessness ans requests only to wait few more days. I ask you how many more days, I have waited for more than One Month for a phone, which was only 4 months old. These companies spend so much money on their publicity and ads, I wish they would spend just 10% of same on service and quality. These are really bad phones. Was this information helpful? | |||
