This is in reference to my Complaint below to Mircro Max for the new handset which was purchased on 3rd Dec 2010. the Day i bought the mobile its has been giving me problem that the screen goes blank or the phone switches off by itself. i went to the shop and they did restore factory setting. Also they said if the problem persist then you should take it to the service center. I finally had to submit the handset that the service center since the problem persisted on 17th Dec. They said it will get resolved in 2-3 weeks . I have been requesting to replace my phone snce its defective from the day i bought it.
Every time I approch the service center they as me to contact the customer care. When i call the customer care they say write to us as theydon't have the exact information on the handset and all they can say is that it will take time to resolve. Even today when i called the customer care they said it will take another 15 working days from today. I asked them to call and atleast update me they said they cannot make outgoing calls. I asked them to write to me they said they cannot write email as they have no access. They refuse to tranfer the call to any manager or higher authority or provide their email id. The email id mentioned below provides a very standard message.I have requested them for replacement as I am entitled for this.
I don't understand why should a customer be penalised for companies fault. The company definately lacks standard customer service and they make the customer suffer. I don't have my personal phone operationaly due to their fault . I would like my money to be refunded or the handset to be replaced. I would request you to take strict action against Micro Max and penalise them for causing inconvience to the customer.
