This is to inform you that I had purchased a new handset model Q5C, CDAM phone online form Sholic.com vibe bill no.5219 dt.28/03/2012 (Xerox copy of bill and dispatch advise attached). The handset received by me has a defect that its gets hanged very frequently and neither can I receive or make call nor work on any application. I have to switch it off and on it again every time it gets hanged. This happens very frequently and atleast 10 to 15 times in a day. I had complained about the same to the vendor but they say that the warranty is by the company hence its not their liability and to contact your self. I have also got the same checked in the service center at M/S Technique Services (West Bengal) 84-A Central Avenue. Kolkata, West Bengal 700012 and they informed that the handset has a software problem. I had got the same serviced by them but the problem still persists and they advised to contact the company as the handset is defective. As I know that the product of yours are of good quality but the one I purchased has some defect. Also the same is under warrant period as well. Hence I would request you to please help in getting the same replaced with the fresh piece so that I am able to use the same without any interruption.
