[Resolved]  Micromax Mobiles — not get my mobil back given to company to repair & r in warranty

I hv gave my mobile to company for repair as it is going to hangg & are in waranty on 17/08/2010 & they said to tk it back after 1 week buttt now on 21/04/2011 tillllll now i have not get it back after 8 monthssss as they said every time to take it on next week ,,then another next week ,,,..& sooo on sooo kindely tk sone better step to solve this probleuum orr better to go to consumer court
