[Resolved] Micromax Mobiles — Poor Support | |||
Dear sir, I bought Micromax A60 Handset on 20/1/2011. After a month it started malfunctioning, first there was a charger problem then speaker problem, which took almost a month to get resolved through the service center in Mira road. After that the touch screen failed and being it in the warranty period upto 19/7/2011. I handed over the handset to support center at Mira road. Address M/S PRISHAN MOBILE SHOPPE at SHOP NO.43, GEETA ARCADE OPP.ST JOSEPH CHURCH, MIRA ROAD(E), MUMBAI-401107 Mobile No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com , on date 30/5/2011. It has been almost 2 and a half months but there hasn't been any response either from the company or the service center in regards to resolve a problem. I visited there a several times and called the Micromax support center in Delhi but always told that i have no other option but to wait and how long i will have to cannot be precisely said, so i am very much anxious when i get my mobile handset back. They speak very arrogantly and in a non-supportive manner as if they don't give a dime. I have been deprived of my fundamental consumer rights and mentally embarrassed by the way they have handled the issue and as I talked to other customers facing other problems, they also have the same story. Micromax has a very poor support services to offer. in the wake of the aforesaid problem, I request you to kindly look into the matter and bestow me due justice. For support of my saying, I attach hereby a copy of Handset deposit Receipt/ Job Receipt issued by the service center at Mira Road. Was this information helpful? | |||
