[Resolved]  Micromax — Worst Service Provider

I have given the Handset to the service center of micromax in vashi for problem with the touch screen. They kept the handset and now it is informed to me that they don't have suitable spares with them. I contacted the customer cell for update on my complaints. Even they are not sure when the can give me my handset back. They are giving excuses and a time after 15 August 2011, that to they are not sure about it. In future any body want a handset don't ever go for handset of micromax, they are just interested in pre sales and sales not post sales service.

Myself Devendra yadav from greater noida, got handset problem (A116i)after 3 months of purchasing. The service center of noida sec 27 (SATGURU COMM) had given me the date after 1 month to collect my mobile back. After 45 days i got my mobile phone with damaged speaker and loose display. Now what should i do, if i will go again to service center again they will took 1 month and after that i cant imagine that there will b no issue of phone NOW ONLY I CAN SUGGEST NEVER GO WITH MICROMAX.

I brought a micromax canvas juice A177 model before 6 months. It get
faulty regularly. Sound problem, network problems caused frequently. So i given my mobile to repair in a authorized service center in my
locality. they repaired it but from the next day the same problem
arises. So i take my mobile back to service center. At first they told
that the RF cable haven't fix well. It will be repaired within 5 minutes
and take back. So i waited for 5 minutes and i asked the mobile but
they they told me to come after 2 hours, after 2 hours again i gone there
to brought my mobile but they again tell me wait for 4 hours. I know
that something wrong thing is going on. I asked other service providers
how much time it would take to repair the RF cable. they told me that it
can repaired maximum of 10 min. I I tolerate all this things and i came
on next day to brought my mobile. They give back my mobile its
repaired. But on that time also there is a problem on network access. I
asked then why this occurs they replayed it will fine while using. so i
take my mobile and gone. But with in 2 hours my mobile get switch off it
haven't start again. I again take my mobile to service center they
checked and told me that software and hardware dead. It should be send
to micromax company for further repair and it would take 50 days. But
the micromax guarantee policy time for repair is only 30 days. But they
are extending extra 20 days.They give me the job sheet. but its ordinary
job sheet. Its not the authorized job sheet given by micromax
authorized service center. At first i don't know this is the duplicate
job sheet. So i return back to home. After 40 days i called to the
micromax service center for knowing the status of my mobile. They told
me that the job sheet number does not exists and expired. So i
immediately contacted the authorized service center but they told me
that it is still in company. I called back to micromax service center for asking about the status. but they told me to ask in their authorized service center. I asked in authorized center
but they are not responding well and i understand they are trying to
hidden something. After 5 days they told me that the mobile is returned
without repaired. I asked the problem but they haven't answered my
questions. If i go to there service center they will go inside the
repair section or talk with someone.They haven't talk with me. Then i
complained in micromax service provider and they filled a complaint.
After my complaint they give me the authorized job sheet in the name of
gayathri they haven't use my name. the micromax company gave 10 days to
provide me the solution for my job sheet and complaint. Iseen the reply
letter from micromax company that the RF cable is missing in my mobile.
From this i came to know that the authorized service center removed my
cable and they are cheating. From escaping from this problem authorized
service center cancelled my existing job sheet complanit. and
registered the new one. So again i called the micromax customer care
they replayed that they cant do anything. the existing job sheet is
cancelled. This authorized micromax service center is cheating
many people By supplying duplicate and damaged mobiles to the customers.
please take necessary steps against the authorized service
